I have been a customer of this spa for over 10 years. Their prices are generally fair and service can be good, although sometimes inconsistent. Unfortunately, last week I experienced something that made me decide not to return. On Sunday around 4 pm, I called to make an appointment and was told they were fully booked. About 15 minutes later, they called me back saying a 4 pm client didn’t show up and asked if I could come in. I confirmed and told them I would arrive in about 20 minutes. When I got there, I was told the original 4 pm client had arrived and they needed to take him instead. I was turned away after already driving there. This is the fourth time in 10 years that my time was handled this way. I understand businesses want to maximize their bookings, but business is built on trust. You may make a few extra dollars in the moment, but you risk losing long-term customers who value reliability and respect. Sadly, that’s what happened here.

Alright. I contemplated writing this post but it has to be done. The owner is just out right rude. I been coming to this place on and off for years. Recently the past 2 months, my neck and shoulders been acting up. I've spent about $1k there in the past couple months, have always tipped 20 to 30$ depending on how long my massage is and how good it is. I call you to ask if the person i prefer is working and you say no busy goodbye. Like are you serious? Not when they're working till or when they are available. You speak perfectly fine English and are just rude as hell. You know I spent alot of money there and I tip well. No busy goodbye? Its the same number that always calls you. Why do you get offended when I ask for a specific masseuse? You know there's 20 other massage places in a one mile radius and you have the audacity to be rude to people. You deserve this one star rating. Lastly, when people pay more to use the room, you shouldn't leave the door open so you can hear noise outside. Just close the door but obviously youre paranoid about something happening in the room. These are old ladies giving massages. Ownership and management.... the same lady, has destroyed this place. Won't be coming back. Im sure your workers are happy you pissed off the guy who tips $30. You guys need more 1 star ratings.

Great. Wouldn’t go here for a first massage but I really liked it (I have had many massages). Great prices. Staff apparently doesn’t speak much English.

I have been going to My Touch Spa for 10 years now. It is one of the best massage places that I have been to. It's always the same quality and the cost is so below other comparable places. Sara the owner is always accommodating and always upgrading the amenities.

Came in for a gift for my wife for an hour massage. The technician focused too much on”upper back” even though my wife had verbally expressed to not continue that section. She also walked several times away during the session without letting her know. Overall experience was more stressful than relaxed. There was a challenge with communication. This was meant for a relaxing massage session for my wife but it turned out to be a total disappointment. At the end of check out, I was willing to do a good tip even though after that. During the process the technician demanded and pointed at the receipt for a $10 minimum tip. Which at this point, due to the unprofessional session and checkout. I felt discouraged to come back. I did not expect this since it was a first time experience.
