Last picture is of the photo I showed Benjamin. This is my first time getting my nails done with this much detail. I feel Benjamin knocked this design outta the park!!! Not once did I have to point out a flaw. He fixed everything on his own. He was diligent, creative, has a sharp eye and watched closely and critiqued himself!!! I called around so many places and they answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and right at home!! You could ask any of them and they will be honest and suggest who could do it better than the other♡♡ Their business is clean, friendly, anf comfortable. Prices are so reasonable they dont over charge and they even tell you once you pay, if anything is wrong or happens to your nails they will fix free of charge. Be respectful to them and honest their business is honest and so respectful they deserve the same from their customers. I would trust any of them for all my needs to be met. And I would suggest them over any other Nail and Spa in town. I thank everyone of you at N&B Nail & Spa for your opinions, suggestions and kindness and Thank you Benjamin for the time you took and all the creativeness you put in my nails they're amazing!!!!

I just moved here and I decided to get a mani pedi. I didn't expect much but I got everything I wanted and MORE! The staff that works here ask YOU what you want and care about everything they do! This place is not only professional and kind but actually know what they are doing!!! I love this place and will definitely be going back again and again!

First place, I tried since moving to Jacksonville, and it DID not disappoint. I hadn’t done my nails in years because I had found a good job and I lived in several different states. The young lady was polite, fast, and delivered the exact nails I showed her. I see why their rating is so good.

I came here with my 4-year-old daughter and paid for mani/pedi services for both of us. We were seated immediately. I was offered a drink, declined, and was still given one—no issue there. My daughter went first and had a great experience. The older woman who did her manicure and pedicure was kind, patient, and made her very happy. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I was assigned an older male technician (around 60–70 years old), and it was the worst pedicure I have ever received. My toenails were grown out and in ideal condition for a standard cut and file—something I’ve done consistently for over 15 years. Instead, he completely botched the nail shape (see photo). The foot massage was extremely aggressive and painful, done as fast as possible, while he repeatedly told a walk-in customer, “Just five minutes, I’ll be with you next.” I felt rushed and ignored. Since leaving, I’ve been limping due to pain in my left foot, and I now have a painful knot that was not there before and even woke me up. I paid for the Special Pedicure and spent over $117, only to leave unsatisfied and in actual pain. I have a metal plate and visible scar on my foot, which should have been obvious, yet there was no care or adjustment—just force. I’ve been getting pedicures since I was a child, and never in my life has someone cut my nails this poorly or caused this level of pain. He didn’t even finish the service—someone else had to paint my toenails, which strongly suggests a lack of proper training. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix the color and possibly add a tip, which I should not have to do after paying this much. To make matters worse, when I said the polish color didn’t match the sample, he became visibly frustrated and began raising his voice in another language. I find it extremely unprofessional and inappropriate to speak aggressively in a language clients don’t understand. It made me uncomfortable and felt disrespectful. I would have addressed this in the moment, but my daughter was with me and had enjoyed her experience so much that I chose to stay quiet for her sake—she’s very sensitive. The young woman who did my manicure did a good job. The older woman who worked on my daughter did a good job. I’m the one who paid for gel polish and the upgraded service—and I’m the one who received the worst service I’ve ever had. This was a complete waste of money. $117 to leave with botched nails and real physical pain that did not exist before I walked in. I will never return. I’m beyond disappointed and angry. PS I still tipped a very generous tip because I always tip good even with horrible service. But will never come here again.

I’ve been going to Nancy since I have moved to Jacksonville over a year ago. She is an amazing nail artist and so sweet! She can literally replicate any picture you want and her nails DO NOT chip or lift. I recently moved to a different area and I make the drive to see her! The nail salon itself is very clean and all the employees are super welcoming and accommodating. One of the nail techs even walked me to my car today with an umbrella because it was pouring outside. Prices are reasonable and it’s easy to schedule an appointment online. 1000% recommend!
