Technician Son did dipping power for my nails and Phuong did my gel pedicure. Lovely experience, they did a great job and store is clean and nice!

Very nice people. Came in the first time just before my granddaughter’s wedding. They made time for me and gave me a beautiful pedicure and French nails.

Because of so many excellent reviews here, I decided to try this place. I called for an appointment but no one picked up, so since I was driving nearby, I decided to stop over and see if they had any availability. I parked, rode over in my power wheelchair with my service dog, opened the door, and asked if they had any availability that day. Both the owner and his female colleague shook their heads vigorously, and said they were all booked up for the day, sorry no openings. I understand they are busy- I was hoping for an appointment that day, but that's fine, so I left. Just as the door was closing behind me, I received a phone call back from them, returning the call I had just made. I was told on the phone - while still en route to my car in their parking lot - to come in an hour and they would be happy to take me. Now, having JUST been turned away at the door, with nobody coming after me to say they had room after all, I thought that was very strange. After all, they just told me they were fully booked for the day. I came back at the requested time. Again, in my power chair and assisted by my service dog, I was directed to a woman who spoke not a word of English. The owner eventually came over to me and said that they had had a cancellation - yeah right - obviously realizing I was the same person they had called back after having turned me away at the door. He also complemented me on my well-behaved dog (duh, he's a SERVICE dog!) and hung around to chat for a few minutes). Bottom line: The services were nothing special, as opposed to the five star reviews here. And they clearly engage in discriminatory practices in refusing service to me as a disabled person with a service dog. So no, I do not recommend this business at all, and I will never be back. (I am local.)

Bobbie and his staff are very efficient. Their attention to detail is top notch. I absolutely love getting my nails done! Thank you - highly recommend Nail Tech!

I don't generally bother to post reviews but I just had to. I'm in food and beverage so my nails get plenty of wear, being scrapped against rough surfaces, and constantly in contact with water, cleaning products, etc. Kevin took the time to repair and rebuild many of my damaged nails, as well as instruct me on how best to care for them and prevent future damage, helped me decide between colors and overall provided a fantastic experience. A co-worker of mine recommended Nail Tech and promised I wouldn't be disappointed, not only am I impressed but I intend to return for my next fill and the one after that and so on.
