Amazing results after just one laser session! Mariana is simply the best! She makes you feel extremely comfortable. She’s gentle, kind, and very outgoing. I cannot say enough good things about her and the treatment results. I love my hairless body🩷 don’t go nowhere else. The results you wish are here.

I've always received excellent service. I've had pedicures and laser hair removal there. The pedicurist has varied; some have been better than others, but overall, I've been very satisfied. For laser hair removal, I've always had Liz, who makes me feel comfortable. She's a very pleasant person, and I highly recommend her. Going to NUMA is a treat we all deserve.

She did my nails now. I had a different idea in mind, and when I showed the girl what I wanted, she replied, "I'll try." It was a set of nails I wanted with acrylic and gel. I thought, "What did she say? Try?" Then I told her I'd just get gel nails. She got annoyed, sighed, and said, "Are you sure I have to let you know?" in a harsh tone. She sighed again, got up angrily, and came back, still angry. I apologized for changing my mind, and she replied, "We have to let you know because of the appointments." I was about to get up and leave, but since she had already removed the acrylic I had on, I stayed. The most obvious thing would have been to leave at that moment. I'm sending this message because with that girl's attitude, she's going to scare away customers. I'm not going back. They charged me 500 pesos, which is very expensive just for painting and removing the acrylic. And it's not just the money; it's everything: the bad attitude and the terrible customer service.

Every time I come, it's a pleasant experience 🫶🏻 All the staff are very nice and know what they're doing. The place is also very clean and smells wonderful. Highly recommended if you haven't been! ⭐️
