UPDATE: I am updating my original review because I believe others deserve to know what happened after I removed it. After my initial review, I was contacted and assured that I would receive a full refund if I removed my review. Based on those promises, I deleted it in good faith. I have screenshots and text messages confirming that I was told my refund would be processed once the review was removed. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, I went to the spa in person on a Sunday simply to ask for an update. Instead of honoring the promises that had been made, David, one of the owners, became agitated and called the police on me. Ironically, before the police arrived, David and the other owner, Yanni, both assured me they would personally handle my refund that same day. I even sent Yanni a text letting him know the police had been called. He again asked me to remove my review, promising that once it was removed, I would receive my refund. Trusting their word, I removed the review. Unfortunately, once the review was gone, the communication changed completely. My phone calls and text messages were repeatedly ignored, and eventually it appeared that my number had been blocked. Since then, I have continued reaching out with no resolution. I was told they couldn’t process my refund because I had an open dispute with Affirm. That dispute has since been closed, yet I still have not received my refund, nor has anyone followed through on the commitments they repeatedly made. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. My biggest disappointment isn’t just the original sales tactics—it is the repeated promises that were never honored. If a business asks a customer to remove a negative review in exchange for resolving an issue, they should keep their word. I am posting this update so others can make an informed decision. I have retained screenshots and text messages documenting the promises that were made.

Upon my arrival, Halo greeted me with a warm and inviting welcome. Isabella, can’t express myself with words! She has the gentlest hands and had me snoring. Not to mention the glow on my face!! I love it! Please schedule your appointment, you won’t regret it. Best facial I have received in my 30 years of skin care… I hope to be back to visit from our home town in El Paso, Texas. ❤️

I came in for a facial and accidentally enrolled in what felt like a live-action timeshare presentation. The introductory facial itself? Lovely. The esthetician was kind, professional, and clearly talented. Then, like clockwork, I was escorted to the mysterious back room where I learned this was less of a spa and more of a subscription-based sales arena. For only $400, I was promised five facials and apparently eternal youth. Second visit: I booked a hydration facial and received what can only be described as industrial-strength moisture and a motivational speech about an LED wand that was allegedly more powerful than science itself. I was informed that every other LED device on earth is trash, but this one could erase wrinkles forged since my teenage years. Third visit: a decent facial, followed by a surprise appearance from a roaming closer who explained that no creams or facials actually work unless I also buy a machine. Interesting business model: sell facials while insisting facials are useless. Nothing says “relaxation” like emerging from a treatment room only to dodge a sales ambush while your pores are still open. The staff doing the treatments were pleasant, but the overall vibe was less self-care sanctuary and more “meet your monthly quota or else.” And as a bonus sensory feature, the entire place carried a persistent sewage aroma — because apparently they wanted to exfoliate all five senses. If you enjoy facials with a side of pressure sales, this is your Disneyland. If you came for peace, hydration, and silence… proceed with caution.

This place is a scam. You’ll book and pay for a one-hour treatment, but the actual procedure takes less than an hour. On top of that, they schedule multiple clients for the same time slot, so your massage therapist keeps leaving the room to go back and forth between clients. You’re simply not getting the experience you paid for. It gets even worse after the treatment. When you’re completely relaxed, they take you into a room and aggressively pressure you into buying expensive packages and devices. When you say no, they still aggressively push for tips, making the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. Overall, it was a huge disappointment. I honestly don’t understand why they invested so much into building such a beautiful spa only to ruin it with poor service and aggressive sales tactics. Instead of creating happy customers who want to come back, they’re driving people away. And judging by my experience, I honestly question whether many of the positive reviews are genuine.

Honestly, I hate to leave one star reviews but I’m truly disappointed with this place. The interior and quality of treatment is pretty good but what turned me off about this place was the way the staff would try to sell you on every product they use on you. When I arrived for my first facial the owner told me that all the products I was using was not helping my skin and he barely knew me and just told me to stop eating greasy food and to use his products. It was such a turn off but my mom booked a couple facial packages so I went a second time. The owner wasn’t there but a woman who the minute I walked through the door didn’t greet me and started talking about red light therapy and trying to sell a tool they had. I had to remind her I was there for a facial appointment and they didn’t even know what kind of facial I was there for. After my facial, the lady took me to the back room and continued to discuss payment plans and even asked if I wanted to look up my credit to see if I could afford this skin tool. I was very frustrated and told her that my mom booked the facial packages and to be honest I didn’t feel comfortable purchasing a tool I had at home. She proceeded to ask if I could make my own decisions. To which I told her I couldn’t make my own decisions just so she would stop pressing me to buy this tool. Overall, my experience here is not great. The technicians that do the facials are nice but are not knowledgeable on what they are putting on your face. I asked questions like “What could this product do for my face” or “What are the effects of using this product?”. She couldn’t answer a single question. The people here act like they are dermatologists who know that all your products your using at home is bad for you just to sell you their products. Never coming again and I don’t recommend.
