  I generally get a massage from a different company but due to Mother’s Day weekend and my regular place being booked I decided to give this place a try. First off, the place is clean. The guy at the front desk was nice. But the young lady who massaged me literally sat on my back several times throughout the massage. I had to ask her not to do so. She started the massage with the sheet over me and sat on top of me with all of her pressure. She used all of her force with her elbows in my back and neck. I told her I’ve never had a massage quite like this and asked her when she was going to get off of my back and just use oil and give me just a regular Swedish massage. After a few minutes of her turning around and sitting on my lower back to pull my legs towards her, She proceeded to pour cold oil on me. She pulled my underwear down past my hips. I could literally feel the breeze. I let her know that I was not comfortable with that, but she said this was for full body massage. She rubbed too soft on my bottom (which I’ve never had done) I asked to be covered, so she draped a small towel on me and kept telling me I was just too tense. She proceeded to rub me vigorously, it didn’t feel like a massage, more like getting beat in between a bit of rubbing. There was no in between, either a light touch or if I spoke up intense pressure. She did use hot stones which I didn’t ask for, but tha portion felt nice. When it was time to turn over she had no sheet for me and I had to ask for a towel to at least cover myself. She stood there for a second just staring before handing me a towel. She socked my arm pits. Tried rubbing my breasts and said it was ok it was part of “full body “ massage. I was very uncomfortable. I asked for Swedish not deep tissue and expressed that several times. She kept saying relax I’m too tense. It felt very inappropriate and it was an uncomfortable massage. I wanted to get up several times and just prayed it would be over soon. After the massage, she stood at the counter with a Dixie (mouthwash sized) cup of water and said she wanted her 10 dollar tip. I reminded her how she massaged me, the pain, discomfort and inappropriateness didn’t warrant 10. I gave her 5. She told me I couldn’t leave until I gave her 5 more dollars. I won’t return.

  Worst experience. Went for a foot massage and the first half was head, arms and then some body. The person was so harsh with her hands it was uncomfortable. The day after that massage my left shoulder, my neck and my left leg all in horrible aching pain (still recovering)! Starting to think they are not even licensed to be providing massages. The aftermath is horrible and unbearable. Trip to the Urgent Care for a steroid shot to relieve the pain. I will never go here again. Also the way they stand by the door as you walk out to get a tip is so unprofessional and weird!

  I’ve been going to this place for years and recommending people. I had an older gift card. They wouldn’t accept it made me pay more money ask me to tip. Everything was cheap there. It wasn’t like it was five years ago nice and tranquil, relaxing with nice music and water fountain all their towels and a blanket they put over me smelled like mildew definitely unsanitary.

  The absolute best in the H.D! Always clean & friendly. They know exactly where your sore at... Its always worth it. They go over and beyond! 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
