  I really wanted to like this place because the massage itself was actually quite good—but unfortunately, everything else about the experience completely overshadowed that. The facility was noticeably dirty and not well-maintained, which immediately made me uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff was rude and unwelcoming from the start. It was very clear they were annoyed that I was using a Groupon that had been gifted to me, which made the entire visit feel awkward and unwelcome. The most unacceptable part, however, happened after I left. I provided a 20% tip, which I felt was appropriate, but the woman at the front desk actually followed me out into the parking lot to confront me and complain that it wasn’t enough. I’ve never experienced anything like that before—it was incredibly unprofessional and honestly shocking. While the massage therapist did a good job, the overall environment and treatment by staff were completely unacceptable. I will not be returning.

  Quality of massage has really gone down. I was given this old lady called Jin who did nothing but rub oil on my body,. I had to keep reminding her that I need more pressure but ofcourse there was a language barrier. Waste of my $$

  They wouldn’t honor my groupon deal after i drove an hour to get massages. They are very rude! I would look at other places

  Don’t come here! Front desk was incredibly weird and rude, everything a massage parlor shouldn’t be. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment for my mother and I and informed them we would be using their Groupon service. They told me they had availability all day and asked what time I preferred. We got here 5 minutes early and immediately she said you can’t use your Groupon because you have been here before. I told her the truth that I have never been here ever and she insisted I had. She showed me something in her phone and said YES YOU HAVE you are mother and daughter. I asked, what information do you have, why do you think I’ve been here? She argues for several minutes insisting I have been here back in 2022. I have never. I have never even stopped in this specific strip of Rockville pike, EVER. Then I asked for the name or phone number. She insisted I have changed my phone number. She finally gave me the phone number and it was a 202 number. I have never had a DC area code. EVER. Then she showed me the name. Zenia cp! I’ve never even heard the name let alone know someone with the name. THEN instead of apologizing or at least acknowledging that it was a misunderstanding, she says she only had availability for 1 person and scolded me not to use a Groupon again because it’s only for new customers. I reminded her that I was in fact a new customer. She said “okay fine, then you can use it but just 1, why you buy Groupon?” Like she was doing us a favor! As we were walking out, she said “yeah you can go somewhere else”. If you don’t want to honor Groupons, don’t list services there. But this isn’t how you treat customers, new or otherwise.

  My Wife and I really enjoyed our couples massage and we go there often. They do a great job.
