  I absolutely love Oriental Massage! I’ve been coming here for years, and every visit has been amazing. The staff is always friendly, professional, and the massages are consistently excellent. They always remember my needs and make sure every session is personalized which makes me feel truly valued as a customer. It’s the best place to relax and relieve stress.   I’ve been to this place once before and the massage therapist was so amazing to where she climbed up on my back with her knees to get out some much needed kinks. HOWEVER, I expected the same experience just recently. First they gave me one price for an hour then I wanted my feet done and they said ok it will be extra. I explained body was sore and needed a good deep massage especially my feet, back and legs. So she said ok problem just need to pay more for a 90 minute massage. After entering the room and taking clothes off and positioning myself on the table she takes out a towel and places it on my back. Mind you she never removed the towel. Yes that’s how she gave me the massage. As if she didn’t want to touch my skin. Ok on top of that she wasn’t massaging me she was more like patting me. She got to my feet put oil on it and that was it. I had to ask if she was finished and she says yes get dressed. I went to pay and it was already more than I usually pay and I ALWAYS tip. But this time I mumbled that I wasn’t giving a tip because the owner said I can give tip separately if I want rather than including it in Apple Pay. I mumbled to myself I wasn’t tipping. And the owner RAISES her voice to say “wHAT, YOURE NOT going to tip her?” I didn’t want to cause a scene so I tipped $10 which is way less than I normally tip. I told the owner she didn’t do my legs or feet and she confronted the worker in their native language. I don’t know what was being said, which was rude. So, I left and it bothered me so bad that I spent my last few dollars to feel better and I was now regretting ever going there and I was never sore after this massage like I normally am, it was as if no one had touched me. I explained all this in a phone call to the owner. She apologized and finally said when she gets someone else she will let me know and it won’t be the same person. She said next time during the massage have them come to get her if it’s not going right. But then I’d have to deal with a therapist who’s upset because I complained to her boss. To be honest she should have told me to return another day, different therapist at no charge because like I mentioned before I told the owner that towel never left my body and the whole massage was rough due to towel covering my body, wasn’t sure if she was prejudice and didn’t want her hands to touch my skin, idk. Unfortunately, My legs were still in so much pain and it was such a horrible experience. My next massage should have been free. That’s how you apologize.

  Sharon was amazing! Called last minute and they luckily had availability. She did such a wonderful job I got an hour massage and I feel brand new! 100% recommend!

  This is the second time I call last minute to get a massage and both times they have been super nice and accommodating. Sharon was amazing! She asked exactly what you want prior to starting to be make sure you are getting the massage you envisioned. Will continue to come here. Very nice & friendly. Clean and attentive to catering your needs. 10/10!
