Today was the first day that I've been to Palms Salon and I had Rhonda give me a Perm and my eyebrows arched and omgoodness I'm 1000000% Satisfied I Will be coming as a regular customer, thank you so much for doing a great job Rhonda my Husband loves my hair ❤️❤️

^posting under Husband's account ! I want to give a huge shout out to Lacey for doing my hair yesterday. I came in spur of the moment .. before a doctor's appointment and as a walk in. She did the greatest job I've ever had done on my hair. I CUT A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OFF WITH NO APPOINTMENT, and she wasnt fazed.I don't know if I fully expressed how great she was. Usually I leave a salon and cry in my car yesterday was perfect! Will be back !

I can’t review the salon as a whole, but the stylist I went to did not do my hair correctly. The color was not even put on roots or ends. I showed a picture when I got there. She said I couldn’t do it but she had an idea what I liked. It was completely opposite! I message her later asking for it to be redone. She was going to charge me to fix it. I had some other stylist look at it and they said it was done wrong. We I reached out to her again she was trying to prove to me she did right. No apology. Never had anyone charge for a color correction and try to prove they were right. Horrible customer service.

I’ve been going here to get my eyebrows done with Kaley for the past couple of months and she’s done a really good job. She’s gentle, kind, and very welcoming. The Salon is very well kept, lots of lighting and friendly! LOVE the color scheme

Have been with Laci for more than 3 years now! She has been phenomenal! Professional and accommodating! An excellent stylist ... I have never had a hair cut or style that I wasn’t pleased with! The new location is very nice....lots of parking & I love the big sunny windows!
