  Very kind people working. My son is very difficult to handle. We didnt get the hair cut but the level of patience was wonderful. Welcoming!!!

  This is based off our experience. I have brought myself and all of my boys here several times. We seem to get stuck with this female barber who never makes our hair nice. Well bring in pictures and ill explain everything and it never looks good. Its never straight or even. Our cuts seem rushed. But one thing we dont get is the excitement of a new haircut when we go to peps. I have brought them 4 times and everytime im unhappy with mine and I typically have a crying child on our way home because hes so embarrassed.

  I'm bad at planning, so I made a last minute decision to see who was open on a Sunday for a quick haircut before the holidays. They are not open on Sundays but I saw the open sign on, so I peaked my head in, asked if they had time to get me in, I didn't even have to wait. With in a few minutes into the hair cut the owner mentioned everything today was free, and they where giving out hair cuts to any one who needed them. Long story short. This was an amazing thing to do for the community. Nothing speaks more then helping others out. I was a first time customer and I know I'll be back in the future.

  The customer service is great. My son and I have always felt welcomed. And we have been going to pep's for 8 years now! But my sons barber Juan. AMAZING! Any idea we have he makes it come to life. My son loves going to him because he can talk with him and he feel comfortable and doesn't move around to much and that's because my son has ADHD. I've also have had my hair done by Carlena. Amazing work!! When I sit in her chair she makes it feel like home!

  The customer service was really good. It was good talking to hairstyles/barber. What i had gotten this kind of messy fringe, with shaved sides. It was good, but a little too short because it was a bit unblance and need a little touch up. I give it 4.5/5.
