The space is SO beautiful, aesthetic, calming, and just feels really elevated. And Kai is literally the sweetest. She’s so knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable right away. You can feel how much love she’s poured into this space. 100% recommend!!

Proper is an incredibly warm and inviting space and Kai is amazing at what she does and very professional. If I have any questions she’s quick to educate and guide my decisions based on her knowledge and expertise. I couldn’t be happier with my lashes!

I can’t say enough GREAT things about Kai and Proper! Kai is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and most importantly she genuinely cares about her clients. From the moment I had my first consult with her, I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands. I highly recommend Proper…Thank you again, Kai!

I’ve been seeing Kai for permanent makeup (PMU) removal and cannot recommend her enough. She is very experienced with a range of laser treatments, and that type of expertise is just as important as the type of laser. Kai has been honest with me and has always been realistic about what I can expect. It really feels like we are working together to get the best result, while also being careful with my skin. I’ll continue to go to Proper for additional treatments, and would highly recommend for anyone looking for permanent makeup removal or tattoo removal services in Steamboat.
