  An amazing place,as advertised yes the pictures are on spot and with some additional amenities on site (thank you for the wine!) the host was exceptional, professional and very informative. Very close there is a secure parking area 24/7 active guard (left my motorcycle overnight) cooperating with the establishment you can ask the host . Definitely worth it's value, great for couples.and very centrally located.

  Suite & Spa? Eher Schimmel & Feuchtigkeit Wir hatten zwei Nächte in der Raquel Suite gebucht, mussten aber nach nicht mal einer Stunde abreisen. Die Mängel: - Deutliche Schimmelspuren an den Wänden und ein stechender Geruch nach Feuchtigkeit. Unserer Meinung nach ein Gesundheitsrisiko! - Keine Belüftung: Es gibt nur ein sehr kleines Fenster. Die Luft steht und ist extrem feucht, die Bettwäsche fühlte sich klamm an. - Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer war bei Übergabe nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Es waren Haare in den Ecken. - Kommunikation: Die Gastgeberin spricht nur Italienisch. Ohne Übersetzungs-App hat man keine Chance, Mängel anzusprechen. Für 150 € pro Nacht ein absolut inakzeptables Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Name 'Suite and Spa' ist irreführend, da von Wellness bei dieser Luftqualität keine Rede sein kann. Wir können nur davor warnen, hier zu buchen. Die guten Bewertungen sind nicht nachvollziehbar. Positiv war lediglich, dass wir kurz nach der Anreise doch noch stornieren konnten, weil es nicht auszuhalten war. Der Schimmelgeruch und die Luftfeuchtigkeit waren extrem stark.

  We spent four days and three nights in Palermo for a short holiday. We chose the Raquel Suite & Spa to fully enjoy our stay in the city and upon returning to our room. The host was welcoming, and despite the difficulties of communicating in a different language (we didn't speak Italian, and the host spoke neither French nor English), she was able to explain the functions of the various appliances in the room. However, we encountered problems with humidity in the room. The suite doesn't have a direct window to the outside (see video), and the ventilation system, present ONLY in the small bathroom/toilet, wasn't powerful enough to remove the humidity created by the sauna and spa. We had mold on the ceiling throughout our stay (see photos and videos). Leaving the "window" open during the day wasn't enough to dissipate the constant heat (it was also impossible to leave the air conditioning running during the day, as the key system prevented this). Therefore, on the day of our departure, we contacted Booking.com to request a resolution to our situation and a partial refund to compensate for these inconveniences, given the price we paid for our stay: €622 (according to reviews and ratings, the property was perfectly well-maintained). Booking.com failed to address our request, offering us only a €58 voucher to be used exclusively on their website (we paid €622 for our 4-night stay, as a reminder). We attempted to negotiate with the host, also to no avail, despite providing video and photo evidence. We do not recommend this accommodation. - Beware of the constant humidity and the lack of a direct window. - There is no broom or sponge for washing small dishes. - The mirror on the bedroom ceiling is distorting. - The sauna is placed directly on the tiles and is therefore only partially functional. We are baffled by the positive reviews of this establishment.

  A 5-star experience. Giusy, the host, was kind and very helpful. Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the center. Moments of total relaxation in the Jacuzzi and sauna, with lights and TV. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the suite was meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. I really appreciated the all-inclusive mini-bar, which included a bottle of prosecco, two non-alcoholic aperitifs, and three small bottles of water. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back.

  Beautiful and cozy suite with a huge whirlpool tub and top-notch sauna, a huge shower, and a very comfortable bed. Everything is new and modern with every amenity, plus it's spacious and bright. It's even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful. The location is also excellent; we were able to easily reach the historic center in just a few minutes. It was a fantastic stay, definitely worth repeating. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended! ❤️
