  I took my sister for a late mother's Day to the both of us got the couple's massage and then our nails done the massage was great ladies were amazing now are nails on the other hand as we originally love them we both had one break off clean within 24 hours of leaving. While waiting to go get them fixed my sister had all of hers break off except for two I had another one break. All in all our experience was pleasant but after we leaving the salon not so much! I would definitely go back for massage nails on the other hand I'd probably go to a Chinese person before I go back to them. Sorry ladies you guys are amazing people but your nail tech needs a little more experience

  Brandy and her staff are so nice ! My hard to please , soon to be 13 year old absolutely loved her experience with Brandy , even smiled for her after photo! Her color was gorgeous! Their Aveda products did wonders for her very long “tangly “ hair . Left it so soft and smooth and easily brushed through the next day too! Oh! And I got my long hair trimmed by Jennifer while we where there too! Thanks Ladies, for making a day out with my youngest even better 😇

  My mother lives in Florida and wanted to do something special for me for my birthday. So, she asked me if she could get my hair done as well as some other services, which I NEVER take the time to do for myself. A while ago, a friend of mine had her hair done by Brandy, the owner and it looked really nice so I thought, if I ever do get my hair done, that’s where I’ll go. So my mom called and scheduled the appointment and pre-paid for SEVERAL services. On the morning they told me my appointment was scheduled I called just to confirm the time and they told me I had missed my appointment, it was the day before. I would’ve never scheduled it that day because I had a real estate closing. So I figured it was just a mixup between several parties trying to schedule an appointment. Then, we rescheduled for a few weeks later. Today, on the way to my appointment I get a call telling me that I missed my appointment again and they wouldn’t be able to do my hair. The time I was told to come was an appointment time for one of my other services. When I explained that I had the note beside me that I wrote the time down on, Brandy actually acted like I wasn’t telling the truth. She was rude, short, and obviously in a hurry to leave. This was 15 minutes after my appointment time SHE said I had. This all could have been doable, as I stated I was on my way, actually 5 minutes away. She was unwilling to set her schedule back 15-20 minutes after SHE made a booking mistake. This all makes me wonder if she pulled a fast one on me the first time. Hopefully my mom gets her money back because she was charged for it quite some time ago. Terrible business practice. Extremely unprofessional, especially since she was the owner. Save yourself the time and schedule with somebody who wants your business, save yourself the disappointment. I am very disappointed, actually sad, I had been looking forward to the treat for quite some time.

  Aboluely Fabulous! My new forever salon. Perfect cut & color plus Avada products. My stylist Ariel followed my requests to a T. Super clean salon disinfecting everthing after each use for the covid frightened. My first visit there yet I felt as if all the staff there were instantly an extended family. Cannot say enough about my positive experience.
