  I’m really disappointed with my experience here. In this economy, when you choose to spend money on a professional service, you expect a certain level of quality and care. Unfortunately, my technician was constantly distracted, answering the phone and attending to other customers throughout my appointment. Because she wasn't focused, my cuticles weren't cleaned properly, and every single nail is a different shape. It was a stressful experience and definitely not worth the price. Additionally it took her very long time. This is the second time I received a sloppy job. Also, I don't think it’s fair to pair a client with someone who has very little experience and charge the full professional rate. My nails were done by Miley. My priority wasn't the color; I specifically wanted clean cuticles and a precise shape. Unfortunately, the person working on me didn't seem to be a trained technician and struggled with the basics. If a shop is going to use apprentices, the pricing should reflect the skill level.

  Booked appointments for my daughter and I to celebrate her 16th birthday with a mother daughter nail day. My daughter had a design idea already in mind and Ingris knocked it out of the park! Her skill is truly amazing! Ady gave me the best GelX set I’ve ever had- her attention to detail is awesome! We can’t wait to go back! Thank you Ingris and Ady for helping us celebrate a special day!

  Literally the best nail place i've EVER been to. I’ve never had anyone do my nails like Anyah did. She was so fun to talk to and very very sweet. She made sure my nails were perfect and that I loved them. The entire place was clean and had such a lovely atmosphere. This is definitely my new favorite spot, and I will be coming back!!!

  Staff was friendly but I was there 3 hours for a fill in and a pedicure smh time consuming!! And the work quality wasn’t so great. I am a lady who always wears nails 365 and am very careful with my hands and feet. I had polish peel off my big toe the day after my appointment. I went back for a quick repolish with no problem. However the next day the polish randomly peeled off one of my nails and one of my toes. Due to being pressed for time I repolished them myself. And just yesterday one of my nails snapped in half out of the blue while starting my car. My nails and toes haven’t even been done a full week and I was charged $123, she charged me an extra $5 for my nails already being coffin shaped and she didn’t even shape them correctly. My experience was totally was not worth $123. Not sure if the tech who did my services was new to the game or what but I will not be going back. I only went because my regular tech was on vacation.

  Ingris goes above and beyond! Exceptional nail services and she checks in with you throughout the process to ensure you get exactly what you wanted. Her and all the staff there are all very friendly and kind. You always walk into a positive and bright atmosphere. The salon itself is up kept well and always clean. I will not go anywhere else to get my nails done.
