We had an amazing experience at this massage center! The staff was incredibly kind and professional from the moment we walked in. My partner and I felt completely relaxed and pampered. Highly recommended for couples looking for a top-tier service! We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent service! I was in La Palma for a week and had a hair spa treatment, which I absolutely loved. They left my curls super defined, and the products smelled amazing. I highly recommend it!

I absolutely do not recommend it. We went with high hopes because of the good reviews and left quite disappointed. The treatment was supposed to be 45 minutes, but the actual relaxation time was only about 20 minutes at most, as a large part of it was spent drying our hair. Furthermore, we arrived later than scheduled and were still asked to leave early. The biggest disappointment was the head massage. It's advertised as a Head Spa, but there was very little scalp massage. On the face, they only applied a little cream with four quick movements and that was about it. We went as a couple, and we both agreed that neither of the massage therapists had particularly relaxing hands or massage techniques that conveyed well-being. At no point did we manage to disconnect or feel that sense of deep relaxation that one expects from this type of experience. On the other hand, the offer advertises coffee or tea with hot chocolate. In reality, they offered us a glass of water poured from a large jug, and the "hot chocolate" consisted of a single ounce. We found it quite misleading compared to what the advertising suggests. In short, an experience far below expectations, with a price-quality ratio that we didn't consider adequate. We wouldn't return or recommend it. I do want to emphasize that the staff were friendly, polite, and pleasant throughout. However, customer service is one thing, and the quality of the experience itself is another. In our case, we felt that the massages lacked technique, intensity, and professionalism to offer the level of relaxation expected from a Head Spa.

The girls were very attentive at all times. The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. The place was clean. The massage was absolutely wonderful. I recommend it 100%.

Disappointing… We went for a hair treatment as a couple. The women may be qualified, but as a physiotherapist, you can tell when someone has technique or not. In our case, one of the women left much to be desired. It's supposed to be an hour-long treatment, but it was actually only 45 minutes. It was also supposed to include a massage of the arms, hands, and chest. But they barely touched the back of one hand. The space is poorly organized (probably because there aren't any other options). The women have to juggle things to change rooms, get equipment, etc., and it's impossible to start or finish the treatment comfortably and relaxed. If there were 15 minutes between sessions, they could finish calmly. The women were very friendly and kind at all times; no complaints there. The room is well-equipped, and the treatment tables are comfortable. The music was mediocre, and one of the water arches—we don't know if it's broken—kept the spray hitting one ear. I feel terrible having to leave this kind of review, but we feel ripped off... we hope it helps change things in the future.
