  Yesterday was my birthday. So I decided to book me a massage. I normally go to Massage envy but I tried this place since it was more convenient for me at the time. As soon as I walked in I immediately started to sweat. No air conditioning. She swiped my Groupon coupon and made me go in the room just to get undressed. When she entered the room she immediately started to rub on my back with force. Very uncomfortable. After I stated it was a lil too rough. Then she starts to touch areas that I never asked for like my buttocks. I immediately told her I don’t want no massage there. I booked it for back, legs and feet only. Her phone rang and she left the room. I was literally laying there for about 10 mins until she gotten back in just to tell me my coupon code didn’t work and that I had the wrong location. I asked how and you swiped to redeem it when I 1st entered the establishment. If you felt I had the wrong location why didn’t you say that in the beginning and why did you start my massage? At this point I just wanted to put my clothes back on and leave. Just a waste of time and money. Very unprofessional and this place was not what the reviews said it would be. I should of just went to Massage Envy like I was going to. I HIGHLY DON’T recommend anyone to come here. This place is the worst establishment I’ve ever been to.

  OMG, this place is amazing!!!!!!!!!. This is my first time today getting a massage with Serenity I went there for a couples massage and let me tell you Emma and Tishica is the best at deep tissue massage they target every muscles in your body , especially where they feels the knots they stay on that knot until it became loosen. Guys all the bad reviews on their site is a lie , especially about the tip part . They did a wonderful job so they deserve a good amount of tip, we tip them $20 each but they deserve a lot more than that. This will be my to go place once per month for relaxation. Love my massage my body felt so light like all the stress on my muscles from the gym is gone.

  This is my first time here, and I am absolutely thrilled! The staff are top-notch—they really know how to soothe all your aches and pains. Everyone is incredibly friendly. The atmosphere here is very relaxing, and there are so many different options to choose from. I will definitely be back!

  The experience was fantastic! The masseuse was friendly, attentive, and provided just the right amount of pressure, focusing on my lower back and back, which relieved my pain and made me feel very relaxed. I will definitely come back next time.
