  I highly recommend Serenity Spa! Ben and Belen were very knowledgeable and truly want what’s best for my skin and are willing to answer any questions in order to get there. They treated me like a queen - which everyone deserves to feel every once in awhile! The opening offer to come in and try it out is unbeatable. They truly help you understand your skin and its needs. I loved how knowledgeable they were and how “serene” the experience felt. I definitely recommend giving them a chance. They are wonderful and very personable!

  I absolutely love Ben who sets you up with whatever package you choose and products you may choose, he's is so so.very patient. And so willing to break it all down for you,.so it's almost dummy proof and that's what I needed. I've had three facials now total, my first one was my wss my 1st time there. They have this amazing machine that takes three different pictures of your face.So it can tell you what areas you need to work on and what over time would help?And that is really cool and shows your progress as you go along. I purchased a year package with some products. My last two have been out of my package And i've had maze for my last two and I fell asleep one time and they didn't judge me.They just let me be.And then this week, when having my relaxing facial, we just had a nice girl conversation. Maze allowed me to open up every question due to the fact that I don't have anyone to talk to And she listened I mean really listened and saw me.she.gave advice and so ideas she is so very sweet. I'd recommend for a new body to go and look for first time and do their facial and listen to what they say could help.I recommend signing up for the year package.I'm not very good at keeping up with my skincare, so it's nice to know I can go at least get one good facial.But I highly recommend it, they're all very nice people. I also recommend purchasing some of the products that they suggest to use.And they set you up really nice.

  Great friendly staff. Explained every step of the facial and my skin health. So accommodating to fit my crazy schedule and even got my friend scheduled. Wonderful experience for my first facial. Very relaxing and comfortable. Loved the dark quiet room. Pretty sure I fell asleep for part of the session.

  First time ever getting a facial, it was very relaxing. I had such a great experience I signed up for 12 more sessions. I’m trying their line of skin care to hopefully have a fantastic overall experience. Rachel was very knowledgeable and Maiz will be doing my facials from here on out. Although there is a significant age gap between us, we hit it off perfectly.

  I had a great facial experience with Maysoun. She made me feel so incredibly relaxed. I found out some things about my skin today because of the skin analysis and it was an eye opener. I will definitely be back !!
