This was my first visit. I had both a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was very good—they prepared a warm foot soak, and after a relaxing massage, the technician completed the pedicure nicely. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the manicure. It was almost worse than the manicure I can do at home myself. I asked for a French manicure, but the polish application did not turn out well. When I got home, I had to redo the manicure myself and repaint my nails because I was not happy with the result. The prices are above average, but the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and the salon was clean. Thank you.

I sent my 11 year old daughter and husband to this nail salon thinking they’d treat them well and do what was asked. I even wrote in a text prior to say exactly what she/he needed to tell the worker: “She wants to take off the gel polish. File & cut nails down. Add a nail strengthen and then manicure and put on regular polish”. My daughter spent 5 mins in the chair where Helena used the buffer tool to take the gel off and filed for a few moments. Applied a “nail hardener” and then had her sit under dryer for 15 minutes before saying “she’s all done”. When my daughter asked for regular polish, Helena said “no they are too damaged”. She came home with jagged nails, no skin cut around nails/cuticles and no manicure was done whatsoever. She still even has a layer of gel on her nails. Charged them $35 + tip. They totally took advantage that it was my young daughter and husband who is clueless when it comes to nails. Won’t ever be going back there.

They always do a fantastic job with gel manicures and pedicures. One of my services unfortunately did not go as planned, but I appreciate how willing they were to make things right!

A salon that cuts corners. Walked in to get a gel manicure. One of the stars is for getting me in without appointment. The other star is for how beautiful the building looks, and the place seems decently clean and spacious. That's the only thing that's good here. They don't sanitize their tools, after she was done with me she quickly tapped them down with a piece of napkin that barely had any alcohol on it then used that same thing on my nails to wipe them down at the end. Gross. The gel nail polish is miles away from my cuticles, and the so many areas, the polish is stuck to my skin. You can also see the polish brush streaks on the nails upon completion. I had asked her if the top coat would smooth that out, and she said yes, but it did not. This place has great potential, but they are cutting corners, thus making it not recommendable.
