I like the people there so I am really sad to give this poor review. I honestly can't recommend this place unless you are willing to compromise good conversation for poor quality service and pricing that high prices. This review comes after having to go back and have my nails redone after the polish started peeling off on day 1 of the first go around. It was not even 1 week on the second go around before chipping started again. I've never seen gel polish chip! So I don't know what's up with this place. Now I am almost at 2 weeks and needing to do touchups at home because I can't get back to the salon for them to fix it. Not sure I do either.

Great customer service and quality work. The staff pays attention to detail. My nails look fantastic. I’m very happy.

Communication could be better and moved too quickly to provide good service. Asked for ingrown nails to be removed and did not perform service. Also nails cut crooked due to rushing with a 20 minute pedicure even though place was not busy. Then left me at dryer for 20 minutes while played on their phone. Kept looking around but could not get their attention the whole time waiting to ask for correction on crooked toenail. Will not return.

I was very disappointed this was my first time visiting this salon as I’m new to the area I was searching for a permanent nail salon I was there on 5/11 I got my nails and feet done by 5/12 one of my nails the polish was cracked on 5/13 my other thumb was cracked as well I got SNS on them and my feet could have been cleaned a little looks like there was to much paint!! But needless to say I will not go back

Arrived with a party of six at 9:00 AM some of us weren’t seated for quite some time. My pedicure and full set of nails weren’t done until 12:30 PM.
