  A few days ago Crystal received an untruthful negative review from a 14 year old that I was responsible for at the time. I would like to take the time to set the record straight. Crystal did a great job on all of our nails. Three of us had a manicure done by Crystal that day, she did not charge $60 for any of them. I am not sure how the child would know what was charged as she did not pay for any of it. She also had a hard time staying off of her phone long enough to accomplish anything. After a consultation with Crystal I decided that she was right and the two teens that I took there that day were too young for extentions. Furthermore both girls chew their nails and did not leave Crystal much to work with. We all chose our own colors and while advice on colors was offered by myself and Crystal, no one was forced into choosing a particular color or style. I have been very happy with the manicure that I received and it still looks beautiful and certainly did not emediatly come off. I am returning to get a pedicure to match but I will not be taking any teenagers with me. I hope this helps as Crystal was nice, friendly and very patient with my attitude filled teenagers. I would like to apologize to Crystal for any damage our visit and the subsequent review has caused to her business. I would also like to thank her for a great manicure and for being willing to allow me to return to her business after all of the drama that she has endured as a consequence of our first visit.

  From the moment I sat down, Crystal made me feel cared for and welcomed. Even though long natural nails aren’t her usual specialty, she embraced the challenge with patience and such a kind spirit—I truly admired her willingness to go above and beyond for me. The pedicure was absolutely heavenly. The massage chair melted away all tension, and the foot massage—though I wished it could have lasted forever—was pure bliss. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional. What I loved most is that Crystal’s passion shines through in everything she does. You can feel that she pours her heart into her work and genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients. That energy made the entire experience uplifting and memorable. Thank you, Crystal, for such a refreshing, relaxing, and heart-centered experience. I walked out not just pampered, but renewed. 💖

  Crystal has created a welcoming and relaxing environment. I received a pedicure. I appreciate that it's one price with no hidden add-on fees. I walked out filling refreshed, I appreciate all of Crystal's knowledge. Highly recommend!

  Crystal is a wonderful Nail Technician who truly cares about the health and wellness of her clients. I went in for a Gel Pedicure, Crystal suggested I switch to regular polish, to allow my nails time to growth thicker since years of gel polish removal had been diminishing the health of my nails. She has a wonderful personality and provided excellent customer service and professionalism. I absolutely recommend her services!

  If you are looking for a great Nail Tech then please book with James Ryan at skinsations by Crystal. He is kind he is patient and he does really exceptional work and takes pride in his work! He did my nails for me for the first time last week he is absolutely meticulous and takes pride in his work!!!
