  June 12 I was there for a pedi and a full set. Mike did my pedi, cut my toes nail very short. Told me he could not give the French tips because they were too short. VINCENT did my acrylic full set. VINCENT very standoffish, as well as dismissive and I can tell he didn’t wanna do my nails. I was not happy with my nails at all for $120. June 13 I went back to talk to owner. She told me my nails look ok. I told her for the price I paid they should look great. Then here comes VINCENT with an attitude speaking to me loudly. I told here that his behavior is not ok and not acceptable. This is a place that caters to women and women should feel comfortable being there. I have been getting my nails done there for 5-6 years. Will not do it anymore. Can not support a place that does not value or care about their customers opinion.

  I went in to get a pedicure I was there for two hours. The tech barely touched my heels my polish looked chunky and uneven. I asked them to fix it. They had 3 people try to come and fix my toes. When I pointed out what was wrong to a manger she told me cuticles were uneven and there was nothing they could do. I told her I have been getting my toes done for years and no one has ever said this or polished my toes the way they did. The manager then made me feel like I was trying to get something for free. I ended up having to go somewhere else to get my feet done correctly after I paid Snow nails to do a horrible job. I will never return to this establishment.

  Absolutely terrible experience. I was there for almost 3 hours just to end up with nails that looked awful. The service was extremely slow and the staff had nasty attitudes the entire time. What really crossed the line was how they spoke to my niece. One of the workers told her her mom was “too broke” to get a different nail pattern, which was incredibly rude and inappropriate to say to a child. Between the disrespectful behavior, the uncomfortable environment, and the poor quality work, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

  They are very rude and disrespectful… I’m not typing a long review, just believe me when I tell you…. They shouldn’t be in business with the public. I would’ve got up & walked out if I had more time. The energy started at the door. After reading the reviews…. I totally understand the problem.

  10/10 would recommend Amy Lee, I see her for a manicure every other week and a pedicure monthly. The salon is ALWAYS clean with fast service.
