  I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but after my recent experience at Spa Nail 5 in Logansport, I feel it’s important to share. On Sunday, my daughter, my mother, and I all came in for services. While the actual pedicure and manicure seemed fine at first, several major issues came up: • Good start, high hopes: While getting our pedicures, I actually had a nice conversation with the gentleman working. We even talked about church, and they recognized us from there. That gave me high hopes for this business. Unfortunately, what followed was very disappointing. • Coupons refused rudely: I brought in valid coupons that equaled one total coupon. Instead of simply explaining, the woman working that day ripped them out of my hands and threw them in the trash in front of my family. Both my mother and daughter witnessed how unnecessarily rude this was. • Poor quality of services: My mother’s regular manicure polish chipped off within 24 hours. My own gel pedicure, which should last weeks, started peeling the very next day. By Monday night, all of the gel had fallen off both feet. • Repeated problems for other customers too: When I returned today, another customer was already there complaining about her nails from the same day. Clearly this isn’t just my experience. • Unprofessional response to refund request: When I asked for a refund for the $78 I paid ($65 service + $13 tip), I was met with resistance. At first, I was only offered $20 back. When I pressed for a full refund due to the poor quality and rudeness, the technician became upset, told me to “leave now and never come back,” and even said he would “tell people at church” about me — which felt incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. I was polite and patient through this entire process, even tipping 20% despite the rude treatment on Sunday. But after two failed fixes, services that didn’t last even a day, and being spoken to disrespectfully when I asked for a fair refund, I cannot recommend this business. Summary: • Rude customer service. • Poor quality work that doesn’t last. • Unprofessional handling of complaints. I rarely post reviews like this, but I want others to be aware before spending their hard-earned money here. Pics posted for reference

  I was yelled at and humiliated in front of three other clients plus my mom and aunt. All because he clearly didn’t do the nail we requested. We asked for #30 and he even walked over with us to that sign and looked and agreed to the color we wanted. Throughout the process I did ask him why he was doing a black coat since it was hard for me to understand how he was going to achieve the color we wanted. He said he had all these years of experience and to just wait and so I did. At the end I told him this is not what we asked for and I even asked you why you were doing a black coat and referenced what we wanted again. He immediately got up from his chair and started yelling and said he did what I wanted but as you can see in the photos not only did he get the final look wrong but cut her skin and did poor work as you can see the black polish around her nail and on finger. It was a horrible experience for my aunt and feel bad this is what she encountered. I had been here a few times prior and no issues but never coming back. Please don’t go here. Other employee didn’t do anything to help us. This was the older man who was working on Sunday 2/11/24 from 1 until closing time. Gave him his money too.

  Was nervous because of the reviews but glad I gave them a shot. Didn't have to make appointment and they got me right in. I moved to peru a year ago from Louisville and have been going to Peru nails. Glad I found a different and better place to get my nails done. Spa nails 5 did a great job! I highly recommend them. So glad I don't have to go back to Peru nails!

  So, I was new to logan sport because I was just visiting. I looked up nail salons and this was the first one that came up and it was close. I went in wanting to get my acrylics off and then SNS with tips. This man had absolutely no idea what the heck I was talking about. So, then i changed it to just to help polish. I was worried at this point and he kept saying that he’d do a good job, but he didn’t. He didn’t even soak my nails off like you’re supposed to. he just ripped them off. I left with my nails bleeding. After that I was so done that I just said I didn’t want any further service. So, I checked out and didn’t leave a tip because the service was bad. He gave me an awful look and then he kept looking at me through the window until I pulled out. DONT GO HERE!!!!

  I love Spa Nails! Every time I go, both of the owners/artists do such a great job, and my nails last!
