  The space itself was nice. The staff were welcoming and it was clean and spacious. My spa pedicure was great. My manicure didn’t hold up quite how I expected with it chipping earlier than I anticipated and the distance of the polish between my cuticles. The first photo is one week after my manicure and the second is 10 days after. The owner did take time to reach out personally following being a new client and asked about how service was. You can tell the staff are dedicated to having a quality experience which is always appreciated. I would definitely try going back again!

  Absolutely loved the work I have received from them. They were able to fix and redo my nails another salon botched. The staff are very friendly and upbeat.

  I honestly don’t write reviews often, but I had to for this. Leyla is so talented and genuinely cares about her work. My nails came out exactly how I wanted, and the attention to detail is incredible. The salon is clean, comfortable, and such a nice place to be. I always leave feeling so happy.

  I can't speak highly enough of Susan's! Hoang is the new(ish) owner of this salon, and she is one of the most personable people I have ever met. She gets to know every client who comes through her doors and makes you feel like family right away. As for the nail services, they are top-notch. Hoang ensures that everything is sanitary and checks on the quality of every service herself. I have gotten pedicures and dips here, and my husband has gotten pedicures and regular manicures. My daughters have also gotten kids mani/pedi's there. Their pedicures are so much more thorough than many other salons, and they're even going through the process of updating their chairs and entire salon to be more updated and even more comfortable for clients. I never had any interest in getting my nails done regularly until I came here. Mai, Joe, and Kiara are my favorites and have done amazing jobs doing dips on my nails. Something that is also above and beyond here is that Hoang always translates or relays the message of anything spoken in Vietnamese. This is definitely not necessary, but she does it to keep any customers who don't speak Vietnamese to stay on top of the conversation. As someone who doesn't understand a single word of the language, I must say that it allows me to feel comfortable because I'm staying in the loop while also being able to celebrate and appreciate the native language of the technicians taking care of me. Overall, I recommend Susan's to everyone! They are doing a phenomenal job!

  I have gotten pedicures here for a while and have had great luck. Very clean and RELAXING. The people at Susan's nails are so friendly and attentive. Super personable to their clients. I had a great experience with Kim, and Joe. Highly recommend their services.
