  My husband surprised me with this beautiful service for my birthday, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Paula was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. She taught me so much about the best ingredients for my skin and personalized everything to my needs. The facial massage was absolutely impressive. I've had many facial treatments around the world, and I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I've had. My skin was glowing after the treatment! I would have happily purchased a package to continue seeing Paula because she is exceptional. Unfortunately, the salesperson was not a good fit for the incredible experience the spa provides. I don't respond well to high-pressure sales, and it took away from an otherwise outstanding visit. Overall, I highly recommend the experience, especially if you're lucky enough to be treated by Paula. She is truly amazing!

  I had a Triple Lift Facial with Paula at Crown Spa and it was absolutely fantastic! Paula was wonderful professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so relaxing. My skin looked and felt amazing afterward. 5 stars ⭐️ Such a great experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Paula and the Triple Lift Facial!

  Went on a facial last Friday morning. Special advertisement on Facebook. Natasha did my facial....scrub, peel, mask and massage. Everything was fine. Then I was led to a room and met Akata. Had to listen and go thru a harsh sales push for a 6 months facial treatment. Then reduced pricing tactic, but I said NO. Then all turned unfriendly, I paid and left. Never ever I will go there again. Natasha was great 👍

  Had an amazing facial at the spa! Aluma was absolutely wonderful—she provided incredible service and used fantastic products. My skin feels great! Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back!

  I love coming to the crown SPA, Natasha is very nice and pleasant. She always gave me the best facial. Everyone else is always extremely nice and so welcoming. The products are great as well. Overall a very good place to get your regular facial done.
