  The parking lot is in ATROCIOUS shape and has been for months. Potholes everywhere, and getting wider and deeper each week. Can't avoid them, there are so many and they are so big you can't even straddle them. I'm very upset I have to risk damage to my car to see my PT at Head 2 Toe.

  I really hate this place. It's an old and dingy building. Smells like urine everywhere for some reason. Such a bummer this is the only one with a hot tub and sauna or I would not bother. But don't go between 3 and 4 if you want the pool or hot tub.

  Jan.9,2026 ..I have been a member for many years . Recently they closed Sat. completely , so they are open only 5 days a week . I and many others miss those Sat. mornings . If they could only open from 6 to 10 A.M. , keep the showers open but close the pool, hot tub and sauna it would be great ! George Morrissette M.D.

  Awesome place the treads go way up in incline ! They have all your amenities you name it ! Only been twice my legs and stomach is starting to take form - doesn’t take long see y’all soon

  When Lisa Fontaine owned this gym the hours satisfied the needs of the MEMBERS and was mold free. No longer. The hours have shortened and the pool is down from 1500-1600 daily. Frustrating to say the least.
