I usually don’t review businesses in a negative way unless I absolutely am dissatisfied. Went in to get my bangs cut, very thankful that she saw me in between a customer dyeing her hair, however.. I specifically stated the bang style (Long Bardot style), showed her a video numerous times before we even started, and she assured me it would be simple and fast. Two months later, I now probably need to get hair extensions to cover to chop job she did. She cut my bangs so far back and thick! One side of my head has different layers that are boxy and choppy. My bangs dried out above my eyebrows, and look NOTHING like I showed her. I know she knew she messed my hair up because she told me, oh I cut one side thicker so it would frame your face better.. I’ve never had this done and have had numerous bang styles throughout my years. My hair is horrible looking after trying to grow it out for over a year and now I’m sure I’ll have to cut it to fix her mess up and blend these horrendous bangs I can’t even style two months later. Do NOT get your hair cut here!!

Mary did a great job!! I had long hair and brought in a pix ov an extremely short haircut/shave. She matched the pix. Will always go to her. She is very nice. Her shop has a comfortable feel.

First time customer and they make you feel very welcome. Owner is wonderful. Jennifer is a wonderful person as well. Has been very hard finding a person to cut my hair where I live so now I will be traveling north to get my hair cut from now on. Glad I found this place.

Being new to town, I wasn't sure where to go for a good hair cut and color. I asked a women in Walmart and she didn't hesitate to recommend The Main Event. I had a great haircut and color fix with Mary Grace and I will continue to go to her. Thank you.

Very welcoming atmosphere. Consultation with Mary and Margaret helped me decide on a new hairstyle. Margaret cut it beautifully.
