  I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I gave this place more chances than they ever deserved. Save your time & money. Cassandra H. is the worst hands down. I paid anywhere from $150 - $200 plus a tip & several times she sent me out of the shop not even finished. One time was w/ my hair still wet, I had to blow dry & style myself at home. Other times she sent me out w/ freaking hair dye still in my hair. I had to go home & finish myself. What kind of service is that. On a seperate occasion my daughter & I had dyed hair with shower caps. Come on now. I kept giving her chances, well not deserved. It's always she has to go & pick her kid up or some other lame excuse. I'm a mom, I get it, but I paid for that time. Not to leave w/ the job not done but you expecting full payment as if you finished the job. Also, as a so called professional, you should manage your appts & time better. As a client, it's exhausting to hear your stylist constantly talking negative about their own boss, other customers who complained to Trista about her & clients she does not like. It's not relaxing. She does not follow through w/ completing the job nor scheduling appts. "I'll get your daughter tomorrow." has now been 2 wks. Luckily, I found a new salon! Word to the wise: DO NOT GO HERE!!! Her performance at being a hair stylist is a joke, she is a joke & it's ridiculous she tried to call my husband over leaving a accurate review. Wow!!!

  The parlour was clean and relaxing. They recently installed massage chairs and have private waiting rooms so you can leave your covid concerns at home(just remember your mask). I was very happy with my hair cut and color and will definitely be back! Ashley was professional and made sure I was happy with the end result. I feel like a new woman!

  My wife's hair looked good, but y'all are way more expensive than most places in Scioto County. $25 just for a hair cut...no shampoo, blow dry, no styling. Even with a $5 off coupon, you were still more expensive! We won't be back!

  Wonderful place ,super nice environment, to get your hair done always get 100 percent good service,these girls work miracles love love the parlor
