  Very concerned about information stolen. Said they needed my wife’s SS number for warranty and her Drivers License. I went back and asked why, the. Was told they had the whole number to run a credit check. We did not finance. Paid with CC in full. Could not produce the documents when I asked for them. Very suspicious of the Manager Joey and sale person Kim. Would not recommend anyone to go in this store. Felt like a time share.

  I recently purchased a red light therapy for the body, I couldn’t be happier with my exp. The product is high-quality, easy to use, and I’ve already started noticing great results. The customer service was excellent as well—Mia was especially kind and helpful throughout the process, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend both the product and the store.   Awesome spot. The store and the vibe are super nice, the staff were really friendly and welcoming. Tons of product options, obviously a huge variety of soups, but also a solid lineup of skincare stuff too. Definitely worth checking out.

  Big thanks to the Sopa Tree team for such amazing service! The place looks super clean and cozy, and the LED treatment was seriously impressive. I ended up buying the red light machine because I loved it so much. If you're in the area, definitely check them out,you won't regret it!

  We were not looking to buy anything from the store. We were given a sample as we were walking by and told we could get another sample by coming inside store. Don't do it. We were pressured us into buying products which I feel are overpriced. They did not tell us anything about their no refund policy. I just happened to see the sign at the cash register after we had given them our credit cards. When I got home I checked my credit cards and saw that they had charged my credit card more than was on my receipt. I called a number that I found online that was I CA number and left a message to call me back. The only other contact I could find was Soap Tree's website. They responded back that they could not help me because the store location was "owned and managed by third-party independent resellers." I have not been able to find any other contact information.
