  Seems that most of the reviews are a year old so maybe our experience is the way the spa is running currently? We bought a day pass to use the spa. Online the hours are posted as 2 - 9 PM, over the phone 10 - 9 PM. Over the phone we were told we could book services after 1:30 PM. When we got there I was given a menu of services to choose from. I started looking at facials and the lady said there are no facials available. I started looking at massages and she said only one type is available (head, shoulders). Why didn't they say anything on the phone about not being able to provide service? Why even hand me the menu? Two rooms were out of service (infrared and steam room). The women's bathroom didn't have any toilet paper. We were told there were no more towels (they are in the laundry) and that in 10 minutes they will bring us some. They brought a robe as a towel substitute? Ummm OK. There is a sign on the changing room door that says "let us know if you are in need of personal items" so I asked for lotion. No lotion was available. At no point did the lady smile or apologize for lacking any of the items. I was understanding at first but as the afternoon went on, I felt frustrated with the cost of the day while not providing the promised service. Life happens but also they should have charged us half off. That was a ridiculous amount of money for what this spa had to offer.

  We (+hubby) spent an amazing afternoon here... starting with the relaxing massage with Adela and Dayu, followed by a few sauna sessions.. it was exactly what we needed at the end of a hard week... thank you for the great experience!

  I have taken a subscription to the SPA area several times, being from Sibiu. I gave up when the subscription price increased, the access program was restricted and the quality of the services remained the same (low)!!! Unbelievable. I understand the need to optimize costs, but not like this! These people seem to be disconnected from reality and do not know what 4-star services mean, although it seems that the prices are aligned, even slightly higher! I remind those who manage the business of just a few of the minuses: slippery floors (even dangerous!), frequently non-functional areas (saunas), unpleasant smell in the jacuzzi area (poor sanitation), old bathrobes/towels, unsatisfactory SPA program. I will gladly return after you correct all the shortcomings

  An experience that helps you disconnect, and find complete relaxation even at the end of a busy day or week. I recommend Full-body tailored massage, by Adela. You will surely find that at the end of the session, muscle tension or back pain have disappeared.
