  I wanted to leave an honest review about my experience. I understand that everyone has different expectations when they visit a nail salon, but this experience simply did not feel good. My daughter and I did not feel welcomed from the moment we sat down. I am not someone who expects my nail technician to become my best friend or spend the entire appointment chatting with me. However, I do expect basic customer service. A simple hello, introduction, or goodbye would have gone a long way. Throughout my appointment, I had difficulty communicating with my nail technician. When I asked questions about the texture of my nails and whether the shape and finish would improve as she continued, she seemed confused and unable to understand what I was asking. I even tried using hand gestures to explain my concerns, but I still felt like I was not being understood. What stood out to me the most was that I asked my nail technician for her name and she appeared confused by the question. I left the salon not even knowing the name of the person who performed my service. At the same time, there was no confusion when it came time to pay for the appointment. That was frustrating because communication is important when someone is providing a service that I am paying for. My daughter had a similar experience. She was moved from one chair to another, and the technician working with her remained occupied on the phone with someone named Susan and never greeted her. Again, we were not looking for long conversations. We simply wanted to be acknowledged. What made this even more noticeable was that throughout our visit, we watched many other customers walk through the door and receive greetings from staff members and their nail technicians. Whether they knew the customers personally or not, they still took the time to acknowledge them. My daughter and I did not receive that same treatment, and it left us wondering why. I want to be clear that this review is not meant with disrespect. I respect the hard work that nail technicians do, and I still left a tip for my technician. I also wish nothing but success and blessings to the people who work here. However, I believe constructive criticism is important. As a paying customer, I do not think it is unreasonable to expect good communication, a welcoming environment, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, my daughter and I left feeling overlooked, unheard, and dissatisfied with the overall experience. Because of that, I would not return and would not recommend this salon based on my personal experience. It’s a no go!

  I love Tianas salon soo much! I see Tammy every time I go and she’s super patient and willing to help me get exactly what I’m looking for. I recently moved a few towns over and tried out a few different nail salons, but nobody beat Tianas so now I’ll always make the 35 min drive to Tianas! I’ll never go anywhere else!!

  My favorite nail salon in Taunton!! I’ve had three different nail techs and they all have done an amazing job!! They take their time to make sure your nails are perfect and what you want them to be!! Can’t recommend this place enough!! Truthfully it’s the furtherest salon from me but it’s worth it!!

  Such a nice experience. Lynne was so patience with my 8yo daughter and Bao was soooo kind to me. Great service.

  Hello. Tiana's nail spa was recommended to me as I was unhappy with the nail salon I had been going to for a while. My pedicure was done first. I enjoyed it except I paid extra for a callus treatment and wasn't thrilled with the results of it. My heels are not as smooth as they should be. My gel manicure came out nicely. I do feel my nail person rushed a little bit. For what I paid it could have been a little bit better. That's why I gave 4 stars and not 5.
