  Absolutely loved my nail extensions! The quality, finishing, and attention to detail were amazing. The staff was extremely polite, professional, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. They were patient, friendly, and ensured I got exactly the look I wanted.   Visited this place a month back with my mother and sister, who were first-timers to nail extensions. As I sat there, they took out tools which seemed completely unnecessary (I get my nails done every month in Delhi and have never seen the plethora of random tools she took out). When my sister and I questioned them just for general knowledge, like their uses etc., the owner started behaving very oddly. She even told me not to create “a bad vibe” at her place and spoke very rudely to my sister and mother. She also said that we are at fault because she is the best at her work since her Google page has amazing ratings. Madam, most of the ratings on your page are by your students, not customers, and the positive feedback posted is a result of you asking and compelling your students and customers to do so. They are not organic but forced. To check for the authenticity of the reviews please see guys the people who have posted positive reviews here have posted only 1-2 reviews in their entire life making it clear that they are fake or forced reviews. Even I have fallen prey to their "amazing ratings" and ended up wasting my time and energy. Even the owner's replies on negative feedbacks here show much of a reality. They only blame the customers if they don't get a positive review instead of apologising to them, showing how the owner suffers from God-syndrome. I would not recommend anyone to visit this place. You can rather get your nails done from a branded salon like Looks. These so-called nail studios can never match the professionalism and quality of a brand. Period.
