  If you need last minute they will take you however very unhappy with my service. I asked For 12 straight back cornrow braids for 120. they took it upon themselves to instead give me 20 and charge me 170. I bit The bullet cool. Look in the mirror and they are curved and crooked. Pulling my hairline so bad I started to get the little bumps. They Offered to give me $10 back or come back and get it fixed. The way my hairline felt I couldnt Even leave it in 1 hour after having it done. I immediately went home and took it out.

  So I use to be a regular customer here and I’ve been coming here since the previous shop owner (if she was even the owner) or just a well known hair braider named “Mary.” And everything was great until I scheduled an appointment to get my hair done through text message which I had done before besides calling at times. I specifically was texting with hair dresser number 4 because I guess she is in charge of everything since she is who I speak to every time but on that day when it was time for my appointment. I walked in, set down, waiting to get my hair done just to turn around to number 4 asking “if I had an appointment” in which I replied “yes, remember we were texting?” And proceeded to show her proof for the first time ever. She then questioned me and said to me “do you live far? Oh can you come back?” And I was like seriously? I knew where she was getting at because I experienced this the first time which you’ll see in a few. Also mentioning to her that I always come in for my appointments with my hair out and ready, with her agreeing with me. So I know she knew about my appointment right then and there. I continued conversing with her while feeling some type of way cause I know she was full of it. Like how you do this if I had an appointment scheduled and you as the professional should be making note of your clients as I’ve seen plenty of times. Just for her to say “oh well I’m sorry I forgot your appointment,” with this sly look on her face, I was trying to explain to her that it wasn’t my fault that she didn’t remember to mark my appointment down like she always does. And I know people can forget but this was absolutely intentional one being, the conversation we had (above) with me mentioning “I always come in for my appointments” and her agreeing. Two being, every time she was doing my hair and received a phone call, or texts to take hair appointments, she’d mark them down immediately or have another hair dresser do it in a notebook. Lastly, she tried to turn me away in the past after I booked the day before making another girl with an appointment before mines wait but I was just starting to get back into the groove of getting my hair done after about two years of absence so I felt like she didn’t really want to seem unprofessional. After explaining to her that it wasn’t my fault she replied “well the other lady isn’t here so you would have to wait until someone is finished” I was not waiting no freaking 6 hours and I just feel like she does this all the time when she schedule’s multiple clients all at once, then too many ppl show up and she turns them away obviously because not enough hair braider’s. She did a coworker the same way who I recommended to get her hair done here. I mean lady at lease give ppl a call before they come in, something so ppl won’t be wasting their time. I notice that she has a pattern of not keeping up with her clientele when it becomes too much to handle. She needs to do better and I’m sure a lot of ppl had this experience with number 4.

  She didn’t even retwist my hair correctly my hair is still puffy at the roots and she lied about being able to do barrels A WASTE OF MY MONEY AND MY TIME NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO TO YALL

  Mary, & her staff are always friendly. I bring my 3 girls in to get their hair done. I been a loyal customer for years. We are in and out. Great service.

  Mary is the best in her field! Fast, friendly, and qualitative work. I love this shop. OH AND BEST PRICES 👌🏽 👍🏾
