  I went for a pedicure while on vacation and it was not a pleasant experience. Only 1 person was working, I had to wait a significant amount of time (2 people ahead of me), the lady was very rough pushing back the cuticles and it was painful. After only 5 days, one toe nail's polish chipped off. My kids went to Easy Nails 2 blocks over and the store was clean, inviting, and employees were engaging and friendly. There were 4 people working, they were $5 cheaper AND they were given a complementary beverage. I do not plan to go back to Vogue Nails in the future.

  I had the absolute worst service here. It started with the woman aggressively moving my fingers/hands every few seconds. I was to be getting a builder gel refill and she charged $75 for it, without telling me until halfway through. I’ve never been charged this much for refill ever. She then blamed me for moving my hands during the curing process when she had me switch my hands from under the desk lights to a portable one. She was just utterly rude and I’m so disappointed in the way that this establishment felt they can treat paying clients. After the worst appt my nails didn’t even look that great. Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else.

  Sorry to write this, I am a small business owner and always like to patronize someone who is here for the summer I Always go to this salon they are only open in the summer Apparently, New owners this summer 25 We are 3 girls who go monthly. $$$ My 2 daughters. Went today for their refill They were overcharged and taken advantage of. This is how they explained it to me 55 to refill French. None broke. 5 long nails? 15 gel 5 cut down 80 !!! Insane My second daughter got a full set and did get some finger design. It was $75. I had to go in person to help understand. Employee said they charge for everything and that that is normal. 5 to cut. 5 if extra filing?! We will move onto something more upfront, And Find amor honest, charging salon. Buyer beware

  I am so upset I do not live here all year round. This is the most beautiful set I have ever had. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I’m so so happy! If you are looking for a new salon to try this is your place!!

  Absolutely the worst I’ve ever been to and the most uncomfortable. Barely speaks English or pretends not to. They reuse their cotton balls that they use to soak off the gel polish and dremel the gel polish off instead of soaking and scraping it off. I walked out unfinished because they would have ruined my nails. So disappointing and gives the nail community a bad reputation.
