  I think I need to more closer to Warrensburg, what an incredible first time visit to this adorable spa! I'm 4 weeks postpartum and this mama of 3 littles was looking forward to an afternoon to unwind and relax. Abby greeted me upon arrival, her beautiful smile made me immediately feel happy and comfortable. Melanie gave me a tour of the space and highlighted the many services. You can tell the ladies take great pride in the spa and are extremely skilled and knowledgeable. The whole vibe and energy of the space was amazing! Jen walked me back to her room and I nestled into the warm sheets of the heated bed (immediate relaxation mode). I dozed off a handful of time, loved the shoulder and scalp massage too. Jen has magic hands, seriously. I told her after my facial that it was like floating in stardust (dreamy and delightful from beginning to end)! My skin felt so hydrated and looked vibrant (I was wanting to soothe some dry patches on my face and even out my complexion). The products used smelled delicious and felt so calming and light on my sensitive skin. The ladies helped me put together a new skincare regimen, I'm super excited to try out the Epionce line. I have heard amazing things and love that it's botanical based! I can't wait to visit again, thank you so much for making this mama feel like a goddess!

  I came into Redefine yesterday for the first time and was instantly greeting with welcoming kindness. The receptionist ladies were so sweet and gave me any and all information up front. Laura was outstanding with her knowledge across the board for all injections. I was seriously pleased with the professionalism displayed and can’t wait to return!

  Such a good experience. Melanie was so sweet and talked me through the entire process as well as give amazing advice and recommendations. I’m so satisfied with the results of my lip filler already. I will definitely be going back!

  Melanie did amazing during my lip flip! She was super professional and was so patient answering any questions I had before the service! Abbie was also so helpful when getting check in! I will definitely be recommending this place to friends as well as returning for future services!!!

  Melanie was TOO sweet! I went in with my skin concerns and left with multiple solutions! 🩷 She was not rushed to complete my appointment, she began by discussing what our goal was and what the best steps for myself were, in and out of the medical spa. She even provided me with a sample of medical grade face exfoliant rather than having me buy it to try it. Her and Abbie were both very helpful in explaining each treatment that they offer and getting me scheduled in advance so we knew I could get in when I needed it!
