  If I could give it no stars, I would. I am highly disappointed in their ”service”, if I can even say service because first of all, I received NO services! My sister booked me a massage for my birthday a week in advance. It was scheduled for 11am. I show up a few minutes before 11 and wait in the entryway for someone to come out. A lady comes out asks why I’m there, I tell her i should have an appointment she says no she has no one scheduled for today, I explain that my sister booked it for me, she says no one has called I said no it was booked in advanced. Again, she “assures” me she has no one for today. so I said okay can I get a massage? She says I need to return at 11:30am. So I say okay & I return at 11:32am. I go to the door which is open & she comes out, she tells me that she was waiting for me & since I wasn’t there at 11:30am, that she has taken a couple who arrived at 11:15am!!!! I was in shock! I said but you told me to come back, it’s 11:32 Its only 2 min past the time & she says I know but I already have them in the shower. I said well you told me to come back but yet you saw someone else who arrived at 11:15am & they didn’t have an appointment either? I was so upset I went to my car to call my sister to tell her what happened. As I’m calling, the lady comes to my car & wants to give me her BUSINESS CARD! As if I were to even consider returning after basically being turned down! i was so upset I literally cried I was looking forward to this for my birthday & for other reasons. My sister calls to see what happened & why she didn’t have the appointment she scheduled a week in advance. When my sister asks to speak to whoever is in charge because I was upset & she says yea she was very upset and she tells her a “white man” is the owner, so my sister says okay then let me speak to him or how can I contact him. the lady decides to hang up on my sister! this ruined my day, & my birthday it was the only thing I had planned..

  They do not respect anyone’s appointment time. Staff is rude & hangs up on you when you want to talk to someone else because they aren’t being helpful. Take your money somewhere else!

  Don’t waste your time and money. Not what I expected to be, she kept on leaving the room for some odd reason.
