My first visit here was amazing, and the results exceeded my expectations. The barber took his time and paid attention to every small detail, which made all the difference. The haircut came out perfect, and you can clearly see the skill and professionalism in their work. Highly recommended salon for anyone looking for a quality haircut. Will definitely be coming back!

Very disappointing experience at Makeover Lounge. The hairstylist (I think his name was Shahrukh or Salman) was extremely rude and handled my hair very roughly. I specifically asked for front layers, but he took large sections of my hair and cut them carelessly without even styling or checking the final look. My haircut was completely ruined, and I was genuinely in tears afterward. My waxing experience was also poor. The staff on the other floor were unprofessional—they left patches of hair and even burned my skin with hot wax. I complained to the owner about the staff’s behavior and poor service, but no action was taken, which was even more disappointing. The only staff members who provided good service were Rani and Jyoti. Apart from them, my experience was very disappointing. Personally, I would strongly advise against getting a haircut from that hairstylist. I would not recommend this salon due to the lack of professionalism and poor quality of service.

Today I visited Makeover Salon, where they are currently running a 5-service offer for ₹799. My overall experience was really very good. The staff was extremely polite and hardworking, and there was no delay in service. A big thanks to Rajesh ji for the excellent hair touch-up and hair spa. I’ve had my hair colored at many places before, but the color never showed properly on my hair. He understood this problem clearly and helped me accordingly—and the result was absolutely 5-star. Guys, do visit Makeover Salon and grab the offers.
