  I would give it a 0 star if I could, because they were my WEDDING NAILS. So, here is the story. I went to them for my bridal nails, 2 days before my wedding, thinking that even if they last for a week, I should be good (which by the way are supposed to last at least 3-4 weeks). I got started the design and to be honest, the male technicians were really good people. However, right after all my nails extensions were done, before they could paint them, the power cut. Due to which I had to leave the salon midway through the process. I came back after few hours and finished the set. PLEASE NOTE that I paid full amount which was almost Rs. 6000 before leaving the salon after the electricity cut. I was really happy with the nails, until they started coming off. The first nail came off the next day and I was devastated. I still had hope so I got a nail glue and added it back, until all of them started coming off. It was so bad that I cried because all my wedding pictures,especially the one phere we place hands were outright ugly because the glue was stuck, paint was off on some nails. They knew it was my wedding set. I am very very sad about every picture that has my hands ( almost all). I am just so sad that something that was supposed to be perfect was ruined. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOU NAILS FOR ANY SPECIAL OCCASION. They charge a lot and do not deliver. I am still sad.

  It's a bit on the expensive side but worth trying if you love doing nails, manicures, pedicures, gel nails, extensions, nail art..anything and everything related to nails is just fabulous over there. The place is clean and hygienic all sanitised. The lady who runs the place is polite and welcoming, the staff are the same. They guide your nails pretty well and help you get them done. Thou it's a time taking process on and around it will take an hour and a half to get normal gel nails done, again it's all worth the time.

  Negative rating. I have gotten my pedicure and nails done. They have degraded their service too much. Pedicure was not done properly , they skipped the steps. The nail art has uneven finish, my nails looks so artificial that anyone even from a distance can tell . Proper philing and buffing was not done. Even the nail art done was not proper. The transparent coating over it is uneven. I don't go often but whenever I did I came unsatisfied and now I will not visit this place and won't recommend anymore. Price does not match the service they provide. They are enjoying the fact that they are present in Arera colony but not worth it.

  I got my nails done today and had an amazing experience! Souvik did an incredible job one of the best nail artists I’ve worked with. Absolutely loved my nails!

  My nails was done by riju and he was fabulous. I love the work done by him . Joyti help me to decide which nail art will go on my nails and she was quick and correct about it . I loved the service 😊
