  We called the day before to book a couples massage and were given a 10:00 a.m. appointment. When we arrived, it became apparent that the business had double-booked our time slot. Another customer was already waiting and explained that she had called on Monday to schedule her massage. With only two massage therapists working, it was clear there had been a scheduling mistake. After confirming that we had indeed called ahead, the other customer was taken back while we were left standing at the front with no explanation. Instead, one of the employees repeatedly spoke loudly on the phone in another language for several minutes. No one communicated what was happening, apologized for the mix-up, or let us know whether we would still be seen. After waiting about five minutes without any updates, we decided to leave. As we walked out, one of the employees ran outside after us and repeatedly gestured for us to come back inside. Unfortunately, she was unable to clearly explain what was happening or whether our appointment could still be honored, so we chose not to return. It was frustrating to experience such poor communication and customer service, especially after making an appointment in advance. Unfortunately, this was the second time during our trip to Michigan that we were unable to receive a massage despite having a scheduled appointment, making the experience even more disappointing.

  Went for a couple's massage and the service was fantastic. We both had a lovely experience with fantastic massages. My lower back was long overdue for some tough love. Will be a returning customer!

  I just had a 1 hour massage and feel awesome. She was very firm and thorough. I left feeling very refreshed, I will definitely go back before I go on vacation.

  One of the most amazing massages I have experienced. I'm going back tomorrow! I went back and had another amazing massage by Andy. He took a lot of time on my stiff neck. He worked miracles on me. I couldn't move my stiff neck. Andy made it so much better. Thank you Andy and Anna!

  Did a spur of the moment 90 minute massage because I couldn’t get into the chiropractor. They did an amazing job and worked out all of my pain spots. Very polite and I would highly recommend.
