The place is a Joke they over schedule people rushing through your services doing a horrible job they stopped my manicure to work on someone else’s hands while I was there first with an appointment they mumble their language while talking about their clients making you feel uncomfortable and don’t put out the work for the amount you pay . I said three times I wanted a specific pedicure and they proceeded to ask if I wanted the highest costing pedicure I said no thanks and they mumble their language to each other laughing and staring at you when they should be more into their services they provide than talking about their clients and making people feel rushed and uncomfortable with their decisions on the style, the color and services we want. They never go by their prices on their website and come off with a random price they want to charge you . Absolutely will never go there again .

Other google reviews are kind of all over the place. I was a little hesitant to come, but they were the only 1 of 3 salons I called who would take a pedicure appointment for myself and manicure appointment for my daughter today at the time I needed. When we got there they were immediately ready for us. I love my pedicure and my daughter loves her manicure. Prices were comparable to other salons. I wish I would have got the lady's name who did my pedicure so I could request her in the future. Overall we had a good experience and great care.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had an absolutely awful and unsafe experience at this salon. I came in for a routine fill and mentioned that one of my nails was lifting. Instead of properly soaking it off, the technician aggressively tried to rip the nail off, peeling away layers of my natural nail and causing it to bleed. When I pulled away in pain, she didn’t even pause—she immediately started using the electric drill on the area, flying nail dust directly into my bleeding nail bed. Horrified by the lack of care and sanitation, I told her to stop and walked out. This place prioritizes speed over basic safety and hygiene. Save your hands and avoid this salon at all costs.

Been there 2 times recently in a row and have had horrible experiences both times. Won’t be returning after this second time. The woman cut my cuticles on my thumb and pinky bled for 2 days and 3 days later my thumb is starting to swell.

I am disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I arrived on time for a scheduled appointment, but was kept waiting for over 40 minutes without clear communication or acknowledgment of the delay. Understanding that unforeseen circumstances can arise, I respectfully inquired whether any accommodation could be made in light of the extended wait time. Unfortunately, my concern was met with a confrontational and dismissive response from the manager, rather than a professional effort to address the situation. Punctuality and customer service are essential in a service-based business. While occasional delays may be unavoidable, how those situations are handled makes a significant difference. Regrettably, I did not feel my time or business was valued during this visit. I hope the salon takes this feedback into consideration to improve future client experiences. Needless to say, they have lost a customer and I will not be back.
