Quite unprofessional, set an appointment for 6p and arrived 5 mins earlier to an empty parking lot and texted them, no response, called and they asked if I was "there?" I said that I was and had texted them. I was told that they had stepped out to grab a bite to eat. Things come up which is understandable but, a text informing me that they needed to move the appointment would have been professional and courteous.

I had an amazing experience with Teresita! She did a derma-planing, she got the deepest pores and scrubbed a lot of dead skin. It took 2-3 days to fully heal my face. I was advised not to wear makeup for 24 hours, as the pores are freshly cleaned and a little sore. It feels more of a medical treat meant than a spa experience.

Teresita is one of the massage therapist in McAllen. Her technique is very firm and she communicates very well. I recommend her high quality and great customer service.
