  Took my mom for a Japanese head spa wash. You lay on a bed that massages your whole body and compresses your arms and legs to help with circulation. The experience was good but could’ve been better. The room felt a little too warm from the start with not much air circulation. The massage on the scalp was too light. Will continue on my search for a better Japanese head spa treatment!

  You truly get what you pay for here. The service was very disappointing—the technician spent most of the time on her phone, which felt unprofessional. The equipment also seemed old, worn, and even rusty. Overall, not worth the time or money.
