  First time here after many years of going toto a northern Berkshires place for pedis. Really enjoyed this. A basic pedi comes with a leg massage in great massage chairs and another light shoulder massage while getting seated for drying. Did a great job with the pedicure, no pain, and really welcoming. We'll go again!

  I love coming here. We I don’t have the best salons around, but this is one of my favorite! I usually get acrylic nails and a pedicure. You might get a different person every time you come, but if you tell them what you want, you can get what you need! I think it’s the best in Pittsfield

  asked for a pink with chrome french polish change. The frenches are far from even, they aren’t even frenches. asked her for a different tech halfway through and she looked down and laughed. a french polish change took her over 2 hours and they aren’t even a proper french. Their work is always inconsistent.

  First photo is what I asked for, after 45 minutes of watching a white web get painted on a nude pink nail with just pink blobs placed randomly (when anyone who is a nail artist, or a artist, can see it’s a nude pink nail, pink web with a white web over the top) I suggested a pink simple French tip, left with a white tip in a hurry because I was super frustrated having to complain for 45 minutes with the tech not listening- and no one stepping in to help or stop him when they all stood around him speaking, I was in a hurry to leave with tears and anxiety, so I left with the white tips and pink toes. After I left, I realized just how wrong it all was, not only the colors, but all of my nails were literally slanted to the side like / / / on the tops. Called back to ask for my nails to be taken off and a refund because I wasn’t dealing with this salon again- go back hours later to deal with it, and try to get the nails taken off, instead polishing gets taken off, manager comes in, he argues with me about the design being correct how the other gentlemen was going it, that I am wrong, so I say please do the pink tips, he screams at me that they can’t do colored tips, I show a photo of what I mean, he screams more and says he doesn’t want to see it, and refuses to do the service after already stripping my nails- I ask for them off so I can have a refund, tries to give me short cash- saying that’s it! When I paid 132$ - 160$ after tip, wouldn’t refund my card, kept calling me rude and also let his language break and called me names, so I had to go to another salon for pity polish for my toes and fingers to match, and pay for that as well :) 10/10 do not go here!

  Grossly over priced for poor quality nails. For $80 you'd think they wouldn't literally fall off. While I was doing paperwork the whole gel overlay came off my thumb just leaving the tip they glued on. I definitely won't be going back!
