I had a facial, body scrub, and massage. Monica took care of me and it was truly one of the most relaxing and best spa experiences I've ever had. The staff was incredibly nice, informative, and patient. I absolutely will be back and tell everyone I know to go here.

I had the Therapeutic Facial with Monica. It was such an amazing experience that I've vowed to treat myself monthly by joining the Massage/Facial Club! Monica explained everything she was performing because this was my first professional facial. During my massage I had a few problem areas (neck and shoulders) and she did extra passes to work the knots out. I was in HEAVEN!! I did not want my time to end. She did an exceptional job! Margaret, the owner, comes out to greet clients and she's wonderful. Every specialist in the spa is nice, with wonderful energy. I would recommend Brighter Image Day Spa a million times. They have definitely earned a life-long patron in me.

I visited Brighter Image for the first time today, but it won’t be the last! Monica did a great job on my facial and massage- she was fun and informational, as well as very professional. I felt comfortable the entire time, and enjoyed a great pedicure at the end! I highly recommend coming here for some self care- I will definitely be back!

I've found a hidden gem in Roanoke! Brighter Image Day Spa is a business run and staffed by an amazing group of women. The facilities are lovely. There is music in the background (not a tv). Everyone I met was friendly and professional. I had a great experience and have already scheduled a follow up appointment.
