  I absolutely love this salon it’s a very friendly vibe comfortable and welcoming! They have amazing ladies in there that know what they’re doing and you always get what you ask for I definitely recommend this salon to anyone!

  Having my hair done , I waited about a month to get it done. Went in to get a spiral perm and trim. As she was putting on the solution, I told her it was burning my neck, as it dripped down past the cotton. What does she do, Dianna is her name. Handed me a dry towel. It gave me a second-degree burn. I ended up going to the doctor, so it was called a chemical burn. It's been since the early 2000s since I've had one, so i was looking forward to it. I asked for my money back, which she didn't hesitate to give back, with a little attitude or she was scared i don't know. $135.00 I gave her. The haircut was 95 with perm included, but only gave me back $115.00, but agreed to $135.00 but kept $20.00 dollars for a tip still. The nerve. I didn't count it till I got back in my car that I noticed. I am still suffering from that burn literally a week later. It's going to leave a scar for sure. No, i won't be going back, very unprofessional, and should have taken action when I said it was burning , instead of handing me a dry towel. And I should have gotten all of my money back.

  Sarah did such a great job on my hair; I'm feeling like a new woman! Coming out of a pretty bad depression, my hair was a hot mess, needed a lot cut and the color... well, let's not talk about that. After she worked her magic, I was loving the cut and was very pleasantly surprised by the color. I say surprised because I gave her artistic freedom in the color department. She gave me some highlights that were much lighter than I would normally go, but apparently just what I needed, especially for the warm seasons upon us. Chatting with her was easy as pie; she's very down to earth, relatable, compassionate, with a good sense of humor. The shop was very comfortable. Free coffee, tea, hot cocoa, some beauty products and homemade items to shop while you wait. The experience was almost like therapy, but less expensive and much more fabulous. Will return for sure.
