I really didn’t enjoy my visit to this salon, and I honestly regret choosing to do a walk-in here. I was trying to treat my best friend to a fun girls’ day and help take her mind off everything she had going on. I explained to the nail tech that I don’t have full toenails because I was a competitive swimmer for years, and the chlorine severely damaged them. Instead of being understanding, she kept comparing my feet to my friend’s and made me feel embarrassed. Since I had very little nail to trim or clean, I was shocked when I was charged almost double what my friend paid. To make things worse, the gel polish started peeling off within just a few days. Shortly after my appointment, I also developed athlete’s foot, which only added to my disappointment. Overall, I left feeling judged instead of welcomed. I had finally started feeling confident enough to wear sandals again after more than 15 years, and this experience completely set me back. Unfortunately, it’s back to closed-toe shoes for me. I didn’t take any pictures afterward because I never expected I’d be writing a review, but I can honestly say this was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. Photo of feet are after I removed gel polish that was chipping. But had massive athletes feet. :/ never again

Worst pedicure I have ever had. She didn't file my nails at all, barely scrubbed and no lotion. 2 of the gel polish fell off within 12 hours and then most of it fell off the next day. It was very minimal service and the place looked much dirtier than it had in the past when I had went before I will not go back!

I truly wish I was able to leave zero stars. The owner was had the worst customer service and was the only one working. My daughter & I were in there a total of 20 minutes for two manicure/gel polishes. She made comments about my nail beds the whole time, and was unfriendly. The price was not what was listed, and she overcharged both of us by $25. For gel polish and tiny nails we paid $72. When I confronted her about her customer service and pricing, she started to scream at me and told me to leave her salon and to never come back. She also informed me that she had good customer service but that I just didn’t ’understand.’ I then asked for a receipt and she again yelled at me for that. Please don’t waste your money or time for these services. It was not enjoyable, and a horrible experience. I get my nails done a couple times a year as a treat to my kiddo & I, and I’m mind blown. 🥲

I would give zero stars if it was possible! I visited Regal Nails Salon & Spa inside the Walmart in Klamath Falls, Oregon, seeking a simple, single-color manicure on my natural nails. Upon arrival, I asked the technician if she had time for this service, and she confirmed she did. After washing my hands as instructed, I sat down, and the technician immediately noticed I had some acrylic residue from a previous manicure. I offered to pay for the removal, which she agreed to. She then began to forcefully rip off the old acrylic nails from my hands. When I expressed that this was painful, she placed my hands into two bowls of acetone for soaking. After removing my hands from the acetone, she started drilling my nails. I repeatedly told her it was hot and painful, but she continued to drill through my natural nails. Each time I complained of heat, she would briefly put my hands back in the acetone. She then took one hand out and again started violently ripping the nails. When I cried out in pain, she slammed my hands back into the acetone bowls, causing the liquid to splash everywhere. She became visibly angry about the mess and aggressively threw down the nail file she was using, which appeared dirty despite her earlier claim that I would need to purchase a new, unused one. Alarmingly, after using the acetone, the technician then attempted to filter the used liquid through a towel and pour it back into a "new" container, clearly trying to pass off used product as fresh. She then grabbed my other hand, began drilling again, and attempted to rip off more nails. Despite my repeated statements that it hurt, she stopped. Without my consent and after I explicitly asked her not to, she proceeded to cut my natural nails, altering the length and shape I had desired. She then attempted to apply fake nails to my hand. When I stated I did not want fake nails and wished to keep my natural nails, she dismissively responded, "Too late." At this point, I decided to terminate the service. I pulled my hand back and stated, "I am done." In response, she forcibly grabbed my hand and began ripping off my nails while yelling that her son would come and find me. She continued to yank on my arms and hands, physically restraining me, until I was able to call 911 for assistance. The entire experience was not only extremely unsanitary and unprofessional but also involved shocking abuse, aggression, and threats from the technician. The owner's behavior was terrifying and completely unacceptable.
