  If I could give Eyebrow Design Threading Studio a 100 percent rating I absolutely would! I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience at Eyebrow Design Threading Studio. Their address is 1403 N Main St, Suffolk, Virginia 23434. From the moment I walked through the door I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The customer service was beyond amazing everyone was so kind, patient, professional, and attentive. It’s rare to find a place where people truly make you feel comfortable and valued, but this studio absolutely does. I also got a henna tattoo done and I was completely blown away by how beautiful it turned out. The detail, creativity, and precision were incredible. You can truly see the passion and talent in their work. The owner took her time and made sure every part of the design was perfect and the final result exceeded all of my expectations. I could not stop admiring it and neither could anyone else! The entire atmosphere was clean, peaceful, and professional which made the experience even more enjoyable. This was more than just an appointment it was an experience that left me feeling happy, confident, and appreciated as a customer. I highly recommend Eyebrow Design Threading Studio to anyone looking for exceptional service and beautiful results. I will absolutely be coming back again and again!

  I used to love coming here but they continuously close earlier than their close time. Spoke with owner on the phone to come Wednesday after work (I get off at 5pm, sign says open until 5:30) got here at 5:10pm and doors locked and lights out. Guess I’ll be looking elsewhere from now on.

  Customer service here has always been 10/10. Just started getting my eyebrows tinted along with my threading and I am in love! Would recommend 10/10! And the prices are very affordable.

  I’m on my second membership here. The owner does a great job but today the younger lady helped me. I asked for just a “clean up” on my eyebrows, which is what I always ask for. She removed half my eyebrows! I got to my car and cried. It takes so long for me to grow my eyebrows out to be full and thick and just like that… gone. I don’t know if she was rushing or just not listening but I will never go back to the younger lady again. I’m so disappointed.
