Tina did a gel overlay for me and such a wonderful job. Wee helped me choose a color. And he started the work for me. He explained gel overlay and everyone was so kind and helpful. It's a very bright, airy and very clean place. With a good atmosphere. Becky also does a wonderful job. I highly recommend Groove nails and salon. Thank you, Groove!

Absolutely horrible experience. Do NOT go here. I came in wanting to try almond-shaped nails for the first time, and left with bleeding fingers, poorly done nails, and an overwhelming sense of disrespect. The nail tech (Kevin) filed my nails so aggressively that I started bleeding. The acrylics were not glued down properly — they were lifting, and the tips didn’t even fit my nail beds. The final result was crooked, uneven, and honestly embarrassing. I didn’t realize just how bad they looked until I was getting my pedicure — which was also disappointing (barely any massage, rushed service). I told Kevin I wasn’t happy with the nails and asked if it would be a lot of work to switch to square. He said yes, but reluctantly agreed to fix them. His attitude made it clear he didn’t want to. I ultimately decided to have them taken off entirely instead — I even told him he could keep the tip and that I felt bad he had to take it all off. What happened next was unbelievably unprofessional. He and a female coworker began talking about me in their language right in front of me, giving me dirty looks. When I confronted them, the woman told me I was the kind of customer they don’t like. When I explained that my nails were bleeding and showed her the visible blood, Kevin dismissed it like it wasn’t a big deal. Then the manager got involved — instead of apologizing, he was rude and blamed me for the situation. They pulled my hands out of the acetone bowl mid-removal and told me they were closed and would not finish removing the nails — leaving me with sticky, half-dissolved, chipped acrylics on the night before my thesis presentation. They did give me a refund and returned the tip, but that doesn’t change how humiliating and stressful this experience was. To make things worse, I had to wake up early the next morning to find another salon to finish removing the nails and repaint them so I could look somewhat presentable for my big day. Completely unacceptable. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. The service was not only bad — it was demeaning. Save yourself the pain, disrespect, and wasted money. Go anywhere else.

Went in on a friends recommendation. Clean, friendly and good service. Kevin did my gel mani and pedi. The chairs are very good! I got my brows waxed too and they were done to perfection. Definitely will be back :)

This place is the most immaculate beautiful salon I've ever been to. The attention to detail is amazing. You literally could eat off the floors. The place is spotless. The owner has really put her heart and soul into decorating and thinking out the layout of the place. Karen does a pedicure like no one else and she fits me in all the time on her schedule. She's so nice and accommodating! I'm not a person that enjoys a pedicure but if i'm gonna have one this is the place to do it!!
