  Kim is excellent at her nail services. She is very gentle and listens to what the customer wants down to every detail. I have tried other salons in La grande and no one does nearly as well as Kim does. Her prices are extremely fair and the lowest in town. She is very gentle and speaks and laughs with the client the whole time.

  This was the best nail experience I’ve had in LaGrand! Kim was the sweetest person and so generous! Her prices are very reasonable and not over priced at all. I would definitely recommend hitek nails 🫶🏼

  I have NEVER been so disrespected by a business owner in my life! I called this morning for a pedicure. The lady said "Can you come at 5:15 today?". I said yes and repeated the time as I wrote it on my calendar. She asked my name so I gave it to her and she said "okay. See you at 5:15". At 5:11 pm, I walked into her shop and she was SO rude!!! As she was working on a manicure, she said (with MAJOR attitude) "I thought you weren't coming". So I replied with "You said 5:15?". She got very snotty and argumentative and said "No. I said 5! I would not have said 5:15!". So I said again that she had indeed told me 5:15. She proceeded to ignore me and went back to her manicure client. I waited 1 more minute for her to apologize or say something about finishing up soon and she refused to even look at me. So I walked out. I have no idea how she has a business or such high praise. I've never been treated this poorly and I'll NEVER give her business. 0 Stars. I don't know how her response is even possible, being how if she was still working on a previous client, then my being 10 minutes late wouldn't have mattered. And if she took a walk in, I would not have been late enough to justify that. But I was NOT late, I was right on time. That's okay. I'm happy to go to TT Nails. At least she's never mistreated me.

  Love my nail tech Kim! 10 stars if I could. Please respect her work ethic and tip her good as she keeps the price below others as it is. More people should work hard like she does.
