  As someone who is shy and very nervous, Susan made me feel so at ease and comfortable. This is my second bikini wax and this was the least painful out of the two experiences. She was very patient with me and wasn’t rude when I had a couple moments that were hard. She was quick, very efficient and walked me through the process before starting. She also gave me advice on some ways to help with razor burn that I get frequently. Really awesome gal and very affordable! 10/10. Best experience.

  So happy to have found this high quality waxing service in La Grande. Susan did an excellent brow groom and wax for me following my preferences. She also listened to my concerns about scent and product allergy and didn't ignore them. Susan is an experienced, consummate professional and I look forward to returning!

  Had eyebrow wax and tint and then she offered a lash perm/lash tint. . First, I have never done anything to my lashes and wasn't sure. But she did an amazing job and I'm sooo happy! Prices were reasonable, her experience was amazing and it showed in quality of her work and Susan was delightful to talk to... very calming room and I about fell asleep. Great experience! When I'm back in town I will definitely visit her again!!

  I was a licensed aesthetician for 15 years and I have had many facials over the years. Susan is excellent and would highly recommend her. Very professional and extreme competent. Her space is beautiful and very relaxing. Wonderful gift for family and friends.

  Service: brow wax and laminate, facial, eyelash curl and tint, brow tint, dermaplane. Susan is very professional and fun to be around. She pays attention to details and gives excellent advice for your personal skin care needs. She welcomes you with inviting hospitality.
