We had an amazing experience at this luxury spa. The massage was absolutely perfect—so relaxing and professional, exactly what we needed. The manicure was fantastic as well, with great attention to detail and beautiful results. The atmosphere was calm, clean, and truly luxurious. We felt pampered from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-quality service and a wonderful spa experience here in Bari!

The worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. I go for manicure and pedicure every 2-3 weeks and have been to 100s around the world as I travel a lot for work. This place is the worst I've experienced in my LIFE. Pros: Clean room spa (maybe they are good for massage) Cons: 1. The shellac on my toes peeled off when I came home and the gel on my nails was so uneven. 2. They put the shellac on top of acrylic which they said they couldn't remove! 3. And they charged me 130 euros for a simple manicure and pedicure with shellac! Crazy!! 4. Rude and lazy I would say based on their reply . I leave it to the readers to decide. I have already booked an appointment for tomorrow with another place to fix their mess. Never go there.

We booked massages on a rainy day in Bari What a treat. The staff members were attentive and the massages were excellent. The facility is clean and bright. Definitely recommend.

After 4 full days of extensive walking in the Puglia region, I treated myself to an hour of deep tissue massage with Annalisa at Luxury Spa. She really applied her elbow grease to the job and I enjoyed a thorough massage in a quiet, candle-lit environment. I could become a regular if I were living in Bari. Ready for a couple more days of steep walking! Very happy with the service. There was no shopfront for Luxury Spa, but once you find the apartment complex, it is very spacious, clean and luxurious inside with several rooms for at least 10 types of different treatments.

International traveller from Australia, who booked a last minute massage. Super professional, very clean and relaxing room and vibe. The massage was of a high standard and communication was easy even with my small knowledge of the Italian language. Couldn’t recommend more highly
